Good product, works well, simple to use, great if you have large social gatherings regularly, and a breeze to clean. Take note if you're cooking a full load, I'd recommen basing the bottom with a little butter.

I needed this item and have more. I use it for work and it is a great product. anyone needing this kind of item will appreciate it. However the 2 day mailing was a crock far from it. I was forced to buy a hotel for two extra days to wait on the delivery. We ordered this product on Thursday the delivery said it would be there Saturday and we never got it until Tuesday. I was suppose to be 8 hours away in another show which I was to be there using these items yet was delayed because the details of the 2-day was lies.. it said even on the order that it would be there either Saturday or sunday shipped to me .. so don't believe in the 2-day ship cause you will be let down

We purchased this 60 cup Aroma rice cooker from Walmart. It worked for about 4 months then began to turn off after about 20 minutes and didn't cook rice which takes about 45 minutes. We called customer service for Mirama Enterprises, Inc which makes the Aroma product and their was no one to take our call. We left a message for a return call and to date have not received a return call. We would not recommend this cooker due to poor quality and lack of customer service.

We purchaswed 3 for our restaurant. They work wonderfully for making soups along with rice. The one thing I don't like is the rice does stick to the cooker, it can be remedied by adding non-stick spray to the water before cooking. Yes I would recommend this product to others.

First off I was suspectable of the price and its capacity quality output. I bought it and was so surpriced. Cooked perfect rice for every occassion: Church Dinner, Family Reunion, Youth team outings. WE chose to really test under accessory available conditions: Outdoor softball team BBQ cookout w/generator, no propane was available. Oohh Friends, the compliments and that was for the spagettii we cooked with a RICE COOKER!!! i WILL SO NO MORE, Still testing other uses, great tamale warmer, too! Smok-Her'
