Bought 90% ? ... So much water! Made hamburger patties fell apart when cooking. Cutting Cost Sam's Club, Paying more for less Quality

I paid for the 90/10 ground beef but when I cooked the beef it was loaded with fat. It was clearly the 80/20 mislabeled as 90/10. The worst part is this was not the first time this happened to me.

I weight out and bag into 1 pound bags, it weighted out at 8 pounds . So im short 2 pounds of meat . Thats 10 bucks! Its better to buy from the grocery store and cheaper

I have bought this log of ground beef twice. It is a great value, but I think the quality could definitely be better. For 90/10 beef it's still quite greasy, and the beef itself has a chewy texture

I always get the 80/20 or 70 to whatever ratio of fat that's in ground beef. I will get two huge packs, separated them into medium size foil packs and cook that whenever I'm ready. Two huge packs will get me 4-8 uses out of the whole two but it's not a lot if I can get 8 small squares out of both packs. I purchased this tube a few months back. I sliced this into six rounds and I believe I have about 4 rounds left. These rounds have given me a good decent amount of servings I need to either feed myself or for my brother-in-law and me. I give it four stars because even though this costs a bit more than two huge rectangle packs, I get more out of this. The beef is softer and have less grease to drain. I never had a 90/10 beef ratio EVER so the taste is going to take some getting use to. This will now be my ground beef source instead of the packs.

I'm not even sure if this should get one star period. The quality has gone down in the past year or so and EVERYTIME I get one now, it has weird hard white bits, chewy texture, hard bits that don't even look like cartilage but bits of plastic. I'm sorry but I do not recommend Sam's club ground beef. I've tried the more expensive ones in smaller portions, even those are the same.

My sister talked me into buying this and I glad she did. It's great quality and has very little to no fat that has to drained off. I love it.

This is the best bang for your buck. Ten pounds of 90/10 lean ground beef for less than 40 dollars. You really can’t beat that price.
