Good

We have been buying this just because of the convenience and the slightly cheaper price or availability. I have noticed a lot of gristle and what seems more than 10% fat content for this product. We will most likely switch back to store packaged hamburger meat for future purchases.

I browned 2 lbs of this ground beef to make chili and didn't find gristle, blood vessels, or any other undesirables. But I drained off quite a bit of fat. More like 80-20 than the lean beef this is supposed to be. It tasted fine and made of good pressure cooker chili. But I hope Sam's will make their smaller, flat packs of 90-10 available again. That meat is the best.

Every time we have gotten this each tube is about half a pound less than what it says and last time it was not more than 85% when it was labeled 90%. it was SO greasy!!! We have just stopped buying this meat from Sam's Club because their meat dept is so dishonest.

This was my first time buying ground beef in bulk like this, but I personally thought it was terrible. The texture is chewy and gritty. Didn't seem like good quality at all. I made hamburgers with it first and they were awful. I'll use the rest for tacos, but wouldn't purchase again no matter how cheap.

I love this ground beef, I make 5 meatloaves out of one roll and freeze them for ready meals, meatloaf’s sandwiches anyone 😁 Also, I portion out and season hamburger Pattie’s for later use. As long as Sams sells them I will buy. Great value too, try to get a pound of hamburger meat for $3.79 at the regular grocery store now.

I bought this item today and I was so disappointed. I opened it and it smelled horrible. I called customer service to start a return since I do not live in the city my Sam's Club is in. They told me I needed to put the disgusting meat in my car and drive it back to the store. At this point I had already put it in the trash outside because I did not want it stinking up my house. I will take the loss on this. I just won't purchase this again.

I buy this quire often and it is normally really good , But I got 3 weeks ago and it was not, It had big chunks of the fat in it that was not even ground up I picked them out. But this ground beef was really greasy, Not 90/10 at all was not happy with it !!!

First time 10/14/24 I'm absolutely not satisfied with this ground beef. It feels like there is 50%+ water in it. I made some Burgers and the Grill container was full with water. Unbelievable to sell it this way to the customer just to make more profit.

We purchased this a couple of months ago, and I divided into packages of 10 and froze. The taste is decent, however, every time I make something with it, I find a bone in my serving. I am on of these people that as soon as I get a bite of gristle or bone, I'm done eating. It is for this reason that I gave a low review. Only reason the rating is this high is because of the convenience of breaking it apart into so many smaller packages.
