They continue to raise prices on this yet the quality continues to degrade. I strain every batch I make yet this most recent batch still had so much fat left over. I could’ve filled a small lotion bottle with how much fat was in this meat. Makes me nauseous trying to choke it down.

The last 3-5 rolls we have bought have had SO much fat in them compared to previously. There's also been bone or cartilage fragments that are sometimes as big as a tooth mixed in. It is gross. And then on top of that, you're bagging it yourself to end up with terrible quality meat still.

I have been buying this from Sam’s for years. However, in the past year it has declined drastically! Literally every bite has hard grizzle bits, chewy artery pieces, or occasionally bone fragments. Even my easy going husband has banned me from buying this anymore.

Member since 1996 when our store originally opened. Will be a member till I'm on the otherside of the grass. That being said, I have noticed occasionally the hamburger doesn't have the same consistency it used to have. Seems like its got more fat and bone in it along with a whiter look, my two cents.

Why does the math not add up on any of the price-per-pound vs the listed price?

Not very impressive... even for ground beef. Okay to use for chili or whatever. Need to use condiments and add-ons for burgers, etc.

Juicy - great quality. I package and freeze my meat and even after 2 weeks frozen it smelled and looked soooo fresh still unlike other competitiors.

A smart way to buy ground beef. This is top quality Angus usually 90/10 grind. I divide it into freezer bags to use

I buy these tubes of ground beef and freeze them them in smaller usable amounts with a food saver. This beef is very good!

This is very good quality ground meat at an excellent price compared to other stores. I like to keep some of this in the freezer all the time.
