Product was cut to steak thickness. Cook to medium rare just like a steak. Just as good as beef this way and a LOT cheaper.

Cooked them on grill and they were dry, the other half in oven and they too were dry. Got some from local butcher and they were great

Pork chops- Consistently sized. Thick enough so they can be sliced horizontally for thinner preferences. I buy these pretty often.
