We get this pack a few times before. They are rather thick, and I usually slice them in 1/2. Perfect for our Japanese dish called Katsu. We use often Air Flyer to make these cutlets rather than fry in oil, and they come out great either way.

These are delicious pork chops. I cook them on the stove 6 minutes per side with salt and pepper. They are tender and juicy if you do not over cook them. I freeze them in a 2 pack for convenience to pull out quickly. We are just 2 people.

I slice these lengthwise and stuff with cornbread dressing. Also bake slices with a spritz of Sesame oil and soy sauce, then sprinkle on Tony Chachere's. Mmmmm!

These Pork Loin Boneless Chops are wonderful. I freeze them individually for easy defrosting. They are cut nice and thick so they roast up juicy and flavorful instead of dry and tasteless. I highly recommend.

My family loves these pork chops. I bake them in the oven and they come out tender and delicious. I cook all of them at one time then just heat them up the next day for another meal. So good with mashed potatoes or sweet potatoes!

These are thick! We divide the package up into three 2 packs before putting in the freezer. When preparing I have a great rub recipe. These are delicious, moist and lean.

Usually get 6 chops about the same size. This time 3 big ones and 3 1/2 the size. Had to cut them up and weigh them out to make 6 decent portions for 3 dinners.
