Have purchased these for years and never disappointed. One of our favorite recipes is to cut each chop into 6 pieces, coat with Grey Poupon Mustard, roll in crushed French’s Crispy Fried Onions and bake at 450 degrees for abut 15-20 minutes until internal temp of 145 degrees. Delicious! By cutting each chop into pieces it gives more surface for those delicious crispy onions!

I stopped eating pork after COVID-19 made the cost of meat so unbearable, but I saw these on sale and figured, "Why not?" Wow! Some light seasoning and an iron skillet was all it took to make me go back for a second serving. I think I will be adding these back into my regular cooking routine.

We enjoy these. They are a reasonable portion size (not too big, not too small). Like any pork chops, they will get tough if overcooked. I like to cook these in a sous vide and then give them a quick sear on the grill. Before I got my sous vide machine, I would marinate these overnight it for at least 6 hours in a good tenderizing marinade and then grill, being careful to take them off as soon as they reach 145 degrees internal temperature. Either way gives tender, delicious pork chops.

These chops were beautiful very tasty and fresh however, I did buy some keto ice cream to go with as dessert and they were all melted. The ice cream was horrible, went to get another same thing yesterday and the same. Not wasting my gas for this to return.

My God these are good on the grill. We marinate them in a soy sauce, garlic, and lemon pepper recipe over night and it is THE best pork I have ever eaten. (pulled pork and pork chops, eat your heart out) Check out the Price and compare to hamburg. Outstanding value with delicious flavor. It is a once per week meal in our home.

They are super thick and I had to cut off a lot of excess so I was actually eating pork chop instead of excess fat or whatever. My biggest problem was just how thick they were. Probably the thickest I've ever had, which is not something I enjoy. I like thin chops.

The boneless Pork chops were tender and juicy. Being they are almost an inch thick, they require a bit longer to cook. I browned each side and covered for about 10 minutes, turning a few times. Using a cooking thermometer answers questionable cooking time.

Yesterday I was trying to remember where I bought these because I wanted to order them again, only this time I'll order more than one pack. Absolutely fantastic boneless porkchop, just right for lunch sandwich or with veggies for Supper. I air fried mine and it was perfect! Can't wait to order more!

Meat was good, nice thick pieces i was able to butterfly and make more pieces. These used to come in packages of 9 ....Not happy with the cost, which has increased close to 40%, making you pay the same amount for 3 less pieces. I understand the cost of everything is going up but I am buying far less meat than i used to because of these prices

I’m kind of in the middle on this product. Three out of the six chops were just beautiful and nice looking, which left the other three that were marbled and a lot smaller and just really didn’t look like quality product in my opinion. I ordered this online and had it delivered to my doorstep so I didn’t see the product ahead of time. I don’t know if every package would consist of the same type of items.
