Excellent coffee. Guided brew process works great. Plastic build quality sub-par for Fellow. Carafe does not stay hot long enough. Can't see the water chamber without turning the unit sideways.

We live our Aiden. Makes perfect batches of coffee every time. Very customizable to adjust your brews and find the perfect recipe. Also love the community that makes profiles for everyone to try. It's definitely been worth the investment.

Phenomenal machine. Would recommend to anyone who wants similar hand pour over quality but doesn't always have the time for a full stagg set up and pour. Also awesome just for a batch

So nice to have an automatic batch coffee maker when you want the convenience but with the added ability to nerd out when you want to with all of the additional settings and recipes.

Make a quality cup of coffee similar to pourover cups I make with a v60. Machine is extremely quiet and needs minimal maintenance. Overall extremely happy

Fellow just elevated my coffee game in a big way. I have been making pour overs as long as I can remember, and this machine is giving me more flavor and consistency than I knew possible. Worth every penny!! #loveit

I have had the Aiden for a few weeks and blown away with the ease of use, pour over quality, and flavor profiles brought out of each coffee. At first I felt guilty upgrading my coffee equipment, got over the guilt quickly! Highly recommend.

I inherited an Aiden Precision Coffee maker with a lake house. It was so easy to use and reset for the next days coffee. Love the app and love simple, but precision prepared coffee. Loved it so much, I bought one for my home kitchen.

I recently bought it and i am enjoying it. It is easy to use; it has an option to guide you based on the coffee you are using. The coffee tastes similar to hand drip! Love it!

I love my Aiden and use it every morning! It has never had any issues outside of user error. It can be a bit of work to set up and figure out on the front end, but it's smooth sailing after that!
