I have been using a standard pour over for most of my adult life. I was skeptical of a machine making the same quality of coffee. But the Aiden has been doing that for me and more since I purchased it a little over a month ago. I cannot speak to its longevity yet, but so far so good. I am a convert.

I received the unit a week ago and tried using both the cone filter basket directly into a mug and the larger flat basket using the carafe. Both pours turned out excellent, smooth and flavorful. I'm still experimenting with optimum water to coffee ratio. I also setup the unit for wi-fi and noticed the unit's firmware was immediately updated to the current release, nice touch! Very intuitive to use as well. Couldn't be happier with the purchase so far!

i grabbed this coffee at the beginning of the year to help simplify our coffee making time. Going from a chemex to this method has been a huge time saver while still making great coffee. We have been using the schedule feature a lot for early mornings and have seen the time savings. The only reason I am giving this a 4 vs 5 is because when making larger pots of coffee we need to stir after the pots done to make sure that the coffee concentrations are mixed up. We have found that when we don't do this our mugs of coffee will be different strength levels.

At first I was really impressed with the uptick in the quality of the brew. Still experimenting, but what I'm still missing is that dialed in water to coffee ratio that will give me two 8 OUNCE cups of dark brew using either Instant or prompts. Using the Fellows formula, I get a cup and a half of pretty good coffee. Must be the beans that I'm using (Brooklyn Beans that I grind at a 6/10.) Will keep the coffee maker because of its simplicity and easy to follow directions. Hope I get a formula that I can use on a daily basis. Not there yet.

Coffee is a daily ritual in our house. The Aiden Coffee Maker is intuitive, easy to use, and delivers real quality. As someone who appreciates good design, I'm big on keeping my counter clean and stylish — and most appliances don't make the cut. But I'm proud to display this one. One of my favorite features is the cold brew setting. As much as I love a hot cup, I need my iced coffee and cold brew, and being able to set it, walk away, and come back to a perfectly brewed cup is a total game changer. Friends have even seen this coffee maker and gone out to buy their own after trying it. Can't say enough good things about it.

Easy to use and the coffee taste great I would recommend

We love the look, functionality, and brew of the machine!

As a grinder and just follow the steps and you can't go wrong.

Easy to use the guided brew! Also like how easy it is to switch from batch brew to single brew.

Very sleek machine with amazing tasting coffee!!!!
