Coffee is weak and tastes watery, even on dark roast, using a high-end dark roast organic coffee bean. Carafe doesn't keep coffee hot very long.

Best. Coffee. Maker. Ever. Period… I cannot believe the coffee this machine puts out…. Rivals barista quality pours!

I haven't used it yet. No time to learn how. I'm betting with all the bells and whistles I should watch a YouTube on it!

I love Aiden! So glad he tells me what to do because I don't know what I'm doing when it comes to making coffee. 😆

We bought one for ourselves and loved it. Bought a second one for our parents to have the same fantastic brew at family meals.

Really great coffee maker. Four stars because I don't understand why it has an app if I can't tell the coffee maker to start a brew from the app.

This machine has the ability to be very cool but about 3 uses in the sensor now can't detect water. It is a unbelievable pain.

It makes Great Coffee, but the carafe doesn't keep the coffee hot long enough to enjoy a second or third serving.

It worked well until it missed a scheduled brew. Thats a pretty basic function for a computer to get wrong.

Great design! Looks modern and slick and makes a great cup of coffee with just a couple of clicks. We love how easy it is to just make a single cup as well.
