An absolute standout machine. I've used to Moccamaster in the past and the Aiden has proven to be a very reliable and capable machine. I was on the fence for awhile given the cost but the machine has not disappointed at all. It's produced spectacular batches of a very wide variety of coffee, ranging from experimental cofermented washed anaerobics to classic tried and true washed/natural coffees. It's probably not the best machine for those who just want to set it and forget it, but if you geek out on temperature and brew ratios and extraction curves and want a fun toy to keep up with your caffeine addiction, this is definitely the machine for you.

I used a clever dripper before this, the Aiden is less work and is more consistent than I am. Easy enough to set up. I can't wait to play around with the guided brew more and try some fellow drops! One note for future buyers: check where the water tank is and whether that works with where you want to put it.

Replaced a regular drip makes with this. Now I can get nicely brewed coffee on work days, when I do not have the time to do a manual pour over. The schedule function is nice, though connecting through the app can be occasionally sluggish. The single cup feature does have a downside. None of my commuter cups fit under the filter, so when I transfer to my cup, there are invariably drips to clean up. A minor hassle.

It's honestly the BEST cup of coffee you can ask for. I hesitated for a while before pulling the trigger asking myself if spending this much on a coffee maker was really going to make a noticeable difference in taste. I couldn't have been more wrong. It is the best part of my morning.

I wasn't sure that the Aiden would be worth the price, but after a few weeks, I am totally convinced. Aesthetically, it's a beautiful device and looks nice on our countertop. The user interface is simple. I've been using the Guided Brew feature and I love that it calculates how much coffee to grind. Ultimately, it makes a great cup of coffee.

Honestly, this is the BEST purchase I have made in 2025...from being able to program this machine to have my coffee waiting when I wake up, utilize the Fellow Drops program that auto programs the brew specification into the machine, to the downright QUALITY and consistency it provides...I am truly grateful for this. Best money I have spent -- and I have already ordered more to give away as gifts. If you want to taste the difference in an at home pour over without the effort, this is your go to purchase!

I've tried many coffee machines and finally found what I wanted. So happy with this purchase. I can have the best cup of coffee without leaving home. Took advantage of the $100 off with the Opus grinder. I have used pods and ground coffee historically, but I am using whole beans now with each brew, elevates the taste.

I love my Aiden so much!! I have been pondering getting one for the last year and I am so glad I did. I used to make a pour over with my chemex every morning. Now I push a button and I get a cup of coffee that's just as good if not better. Could not recommend this more.

Amazing! Just like poor over brewing. I was eying this along with a grinder and got the set along with some other Fellow gear. I love the gooseneck kettle and have been using it for morning poor over coffee. This makes it just so easy, especially when I don't have the time for the ritual. I'm looking forward to learning more about all the customizations.

I have had my eye on this coffee maker ever since I first set eyes on this elegant design. Fortunately, it is also a superior brewing system. It comes with two different baskets, so that one is able to brew a single cup or a full pot. The electronic display makes it easy to dial in and brew the perfect coffee every time.
