Surprised by quality based on investment. The grinder on second grind jammed and all options to resolve are not working. It shouldn't be this difficult to prepare home brew.

Beyond overpriced. Does not brew coffee better than my previous Cuisinart coffee maker. Only useful aspect is you can schedule it to brew in the morning but other coffee makers do this.

Brewing is very easy and uniform, particularly with the Instant Brew option. The controls are menu driven, and it's a bit cumbersome if you're defining Brew Profiles each morning. For the most part if your beans and volume brewed are the same each day, use Instant Brew. Materials are top-notch and would appear to be durable, but time will tell, eh? Temperature of the brewed cup is perfect.

I have been using a v60 pour over to make my coffee but was getting tired of the time it took in the morning and have been eyeing the Aiden Precision Coffee maker for quite sometime. I finally decided to buy it as an early Christmas present to myself during the Black Friday sale. I am so happy I did, not only does it make an amazing single, hot cup of coffee, it was also very simple to set up and use and looks great on my counter.

Love the Aiden, after switching from another major name brand this has really sparked my passion for coffee again without the burden of time to make a great cup. I really enjoy the ability to tweak my own profile in the app, while my 70 year old father in law can still use it with ease. I highly recommend the Aiden to anyone that enjoys a high quality cup of coffee without the hassle of measuring a pour over or aeropress.

Bought this machine for an office environment and love the quality of the coffee and variation of brews available with such a simple intuitive setup. Nice to be able to pivot from a single mug to a 10 cup carafe. I'm expecting new users to be able to produce solid coffee with little to no instruction.

It has made coffee fun again. The app still needs a little building out, but gets the basics down. The machine itself is stylish and easy to use. The parts are well made and it feels sturdy despite the plastic construction. It's easy to clean and I use both the carafe and make individual cup pour overs almost every day.

Love making pour overs but wanted my time back on the weekends to play with my 2 year old son while still enjoying good coffee. The Aiden checks all the boxes. I'm still tinkering with custom guided brews to dial in my preferred style but it's an excellent option for those that want good coffee without doing all the work.

I drink regular coffee, and my husband drinks decaf, which is why we were interested in purchasing a coffee maker that could brew both a good single cup and a good pot of coffee for company. Friends told us about the Aiden, and I'm so glad I took their advice and bought one. It exceeded my expectations! I only recently bought it, so I can't speak to its sturdiness yet. If I have an issue, I'll address it in another review.

The machine itself is gorgeous, and it fits right in with our kitchen decor. Getting a great cup of coffee out of it, however, requires a bit of work on the part of the user if none of the built-in profiles fits your tastes. It turns out that there are a LOT of variables - grind size, coffee quantity, water quantity, water temperature, extraction rate - and each of these is important. And aside from a few generalities - "If your coffee is bitter, it's underextracted..." - there is no single definitive roadmap toward your perfect cup of coffee. So the good news is that the Aiden gives you control over virtually every aspect of the process - apart from grind size. That's also the bad news, as there are so many parameters to tweak. In the end, though, it's worth the effort, as that perfect cup - once you find it - will taste exactly the same, from one brew to the next. And if any of the available profiles meet your requirements, you're way ahead of the game.
