Very interesting flavor profile extracted from our first bag of coffee (single origin, Honduras). Completely different from the flavor profile revealed by our vacuum coffee maker. I much prefer the coffee from the Fellow's machine.

Super easy to use. The guided brew is very cool. It is programmable. It takes altitude and roast into consideration when brewing. It is an automated pour over and looks cool to boot. Would recommend to others. Glad that I purchased this.

I love it! First cup, so good, definitely an improvement from my old Cuisinart. Next up a pot of cold brew for the family! First day of use, loving it so far.

So far so good. Looks good. Does the coffee proud. Carafe keeps it warm without altering taste. It is almost impossible to pour a cup without some dribbling down the side of the carafe however which seems like an oversight in design.

We are in the coffee roasting business. This coffee pot makes outstanding coffee. Can definelty taste the difference between our two existing coffe pots. Hands down the Aiden is phenomenal.

I lost my Fellow Coffee equipment in a house fire. I'm still rebuilding but with my new Fellow equipment it feels and smells like home again already. Im saving the espresso machine for when all is done, maybe.

Having coffee waiting when I get up in the morning is pretty cool! The option of matching brew recipes to the coffee I'm having is something I look forward to exploring soon.

I've had this about a month. Happy with the quality of my coffee and the anesthetic of the machine. I wish the carafe kept the coffee warmer longer is my only complaint so far.

The app and coffee maker will disagree on what basket to use when making around 500 ml of coffee. The app says use cone and the machine will not allow it and doesn't start until it gets the flat basket.

I got this a couple of weeks ago. It was very easy to set up and use. I think that it makes a fantastic cup of coffee. My only complaint is that the clock keeps gaining time.
