They are free from artificial dyes and preservatives, as well as gluten and lactose free. I love that they contain Genistein and Vitamin D. The box states that it's not necessary, but I prefer to take them with food. I highly recommend trying these for relief from hot flashes and night sweats.

It's recommended to allow at least 60 days of product usage for intended results, and it's early yet in my usage, but the process so far is straightforward. It's a tablet to be taken once per day which makes it simple. I didn't notice a specific taste so I don't mind taking it.
