I can see a difference in de puffing for sure and I love that the hot setting helps with lymphatic. I've noticed you need to apply some skincare before using it or it will get stuck and not move nicely.

I don't suffer from too much puffiness so I can't talk about effectiveness on that. But I used this on areas of discoloration and didn't see any differences. That being said, it can take several months for skin to change so I will continue to use it and update if it does end up working on discoloration.

It's winter here, so the air is quite dry, and I feel it really helps my product absorb. I can't tell how much de-puffing I'm getting from the cold setting, though. Overall I'd recommend it for combo or dry skin, but it might not be worth it for oily.

It feels so nice using it under my eyes, I feel like it definitely reduces my dark circles to help look like I achieve more sleep than I actually can get with two small kids. I like to use it best while I'm in a hot bath to really help my skin unwind. There has been an overall improvement on my texture. Very impressed and feel like it's definitely more effective than a regular ice roller or jade sculptor.
