I probably wouldn't purchase with my own money as I feel I could probably just use an ice roller as this wasn't not as effective. It was nice to receive for free though! Packaging was nice and there is no scent.

After purchasing way too many devices, and hardly using them, I am pleased to find this is an easy device that packs a punch! Great tool for driving your skincare products deeper (use the heat mode) and for early AM puffiness (use the cold setting). I'd highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just love the cold and heat feature on this wand! It gets cold instantly and feels like an ice cube without being harsh on your skin! It is the same with the heat, it also heats quick without burning your skin! This wand had 3 different temperature options, easy to use, and comes with a lid for traveling. My only complaint is that if there is going to be a charging cable to have a universal USB port on one end OR provide the charging block.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] OM Gawd! I love,love, love skincare products and tools and THIS right here, is the bomb! There are two settings, Cold and Hot BUT each one has THREE different intensities. I can get a slightly cold, an ‘in between' cold or an ‘OMG feels like ice' cold. The hot setting has THREE different levels as well. It goes from warm, to hot to ‘WOW that's spicy'. I'm loving this so far! I use the cold for under my eyes, on my neck or all over my face for a cooling, de puffing, wide awake look and feel. Oh, and the hot! I use it on hot before I put on serums and moisturizer. I feel like it helps my products sink in better therefore helping them work more efficiently. This little tool is also amazingly relaxing on my face for a ‘just because' facial massage. It comes with a charger. The batteries FYI are not replaceable. It charges quickly and stays charged for quite a while. I just pulled it out of the box and I was able to use it without a charge. I'm able to ‘lock' it and ‘unlock' it by quickly pushing on of the temperature buttons quickly three times. Locking it is great if I'm throwing it in a bag or just storing it to prevent accidental turn on. Will it turn back time on my face? Of course not! Is it a wonderful tool for my face, my relaxation and my self care? It is! I'm so happy that I got this tool because I'm enjoying it now and will be for years to come. Great quality and so easy to use! It's got beautiful packaging and is made of good material. I highly recommend it. I think it would also be great for someone that gets bad headaches or migraines. When I found out I would be allowed to try a new product from TheraFace I was really excited because I love this brand. This wand fits perfectly in my hand and is very easy to use. The cooling sensation is my favorite for those days where I feel really tired and need to give my skin an extra boost. I have sensitive skin prone to rosacea and this product does not disrupt my skin. My only issue is that the red light setting is supposed to be used prior to putting on skin products and I often forget to use it before I put on face lotion. Overall it's a really easy wand to use and I'm shocked at how quickly it cools down for the cool setting.

I've always wanted to try ice rolling but cannot get myself to the kitchen early in the morning but having this near me I can just easily use the cold under my eyes. The reason I gave it 4 stars is that is does lose battery power rather quickly. Just a little annoying since I have to constantly plug it in. I would probably give this more of a 4. 5? I can't speak to if it breaks since I just received it a couple of weeks ago.

I have used the cooling more - only sometimes I feel it sticks to the skin. But it did help me wake up and be more alert.
