Im not sure when to use the warm feature so I don't use it much. Overall, I enjoy the product but not sure I would pay that much if it wasn't gifted.

I don't have under eye bags and dark circles but you can use it in many different ways. This product really helps with morning puffiness. It also works magic on a puffy face after crying 😆 This wand is a life saver in such situations! I also loved that it lasted about 5 days on one charge. This is so convenient as you don't have to keep running to charge it after every couple of uses. I just wish it showed the battery percentage so I knew when it would die. I woke up one morning needing it and it died on me. Charging it didn't take too long but it was still an inconvenience at the moment. Overall, I would definitely recommend this wand if you would like to get rid of morning puffiness and start your day feeling beautiful!

Once the unit is charged, decide whether you want to use heat or cold. I used the cold setting first. The first thing I noticed is how cold it gets in seconds. There are three settings: cold, colder, and coldest. A long press will turn the unit on, then press the snowflake or the flame icon. You can press the button once for cold, twice for colder, and three times for coldest. The same goes for the heat icon with warm, warmer, and warmest. It really takes down the puffiness around my eyes in the morning, and I like that the shape and size is just right for getting to the corners. I don't love that it says to use it on bare skin; my skin is super dry and it kind of pulls everything around if I don't have an oil or moisturizer on. It could be that I just didn't understand instructions though.
