[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent washer very simple to use for Everyday laundry. I wanted something basic with less frills & no smart washer. This one worked well within my budget. Comes with an awesome 2 year warranty. Its quiet does laundry efficiently & simple controls. Its Best one could get a Samsung Product at a budget price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am happy with having choose a Samsung washer. I have more washing capacity with less time and more features. Very quiet, energy efficient and affordably priced. An unexpected repair to my precious washer allowed me to upgrade to a more efficient and clean savvy washing machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hi. I think this is the 3rd time I am using the Samsung washer (1 from previous home and twice after we moved) and everytime I have had a great experience washing my clothes. The washer is quiet with easy controls.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer several weeks ago to replace my older Samsung washer. I am very pleased with how quiet it is and that it can handle large loads of laundry. It cleans the clothes better then my older model too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall the washer seems to do what's expected. However, both installation instructions and those that were managed by Samsung were a disaster. Further Samsung support was unbelievably, unprofessional, un helpful. The number of engagements was excessive. I'd give a ZERO rating if I could. I cannot say enough awful things. I tried to return with failured for 3 weeks!!! I was professional the whole time, Samsung WAS NOT!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We find this washer to be everything we need it for , the only thing I'm not happy with is the wash cycle that has to happen after I believe 40 washes and it needs all HOT water to do this for 4 hours

DO NOT BUY THIS WASHING MACHINE. we used it 3 times and the drum came lose and caused the washing machine to jump around and nearly destroy our laundry room. We have the machine for 5 days. Samsung is not answering for this or offering to replace it or even fix it at this point. Our repair guy said this is a known issue that has been occurring for over a year. We are devastated and now completely without a washer. Save yourself the headache. Samsung warranty is AWFUL!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few weeks ago and it works great. Great cleaning and quiet motion. Love that the chime is also more musical than just a regular ding noise. Have several settings that you can use. The drum is also large enough for bedding. The brushed black is also very pretty.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the washer about 8 months ago, now, and I have to say it's a lot better then the last one I had. I am absolutely in love with the front load. The only thing I have to say about it that I don't like is the beeping (songs) /noises when turning it om and off and when it's done. Lol. Besides that it's amazing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a washer to replace the one that stopped working. I had a Samsung one for about 9 years before it finally stopped, and knew I wanted to replace it with another Samsung. Everything is working as expected. I love all of the features the washer has.
