Have all of you consumers noticed how scratchy the Charmin Strong has become? I've also noticed that the rolls are so narrow now on the mega rolls that 1" of the sprindle holding the roll of toilet paper is now visible. Feels like my hand isn't being covered by the width of the paper, if you know what I mean! Won't be buying Charmin any longer. Use to pay the higher price for it, but now isn't worth it. No thanks.

When I finish a roll of toilet paper i can't always remember which type it was. When i like it i want to buy more of the same but i'm not always sure which one i just finished . Please put a label on the inside of the cardboard roll. It would sure be nice.

After years of delight in finding a soft-yet-strong bathroom tissue, I am completely disappointed in the changes to Charmin Ultra Strong. It is now rough, feels cheap, and is not a good value. Charge more if you must, but please give us your best product, not this poor substitute. This feels like a cheap trick!

I have purchased Charmin for many years and really like the product but was very disappointed with my last purchase when I found the rolls are not as wide as they used to be and now they will not fit my paper holder. I may be forced to find another product.

Purchased ultra strong because it claims on package to "use less". Rolls appeared much smaller but thought I would give it a try. Tried using less but didn't quite do the job.Went through rolls much faster than other brands. Would not purchase again. Also unable to contact anyone, no customer service?

My family used to love using this TP but why would you change the width. It is so small and does not provide good coverage anymore. Also it looks stupid on my toilet paper roll holder with all this extra space on the sides. You made the product smaller but the price is still the same. Can't wait to try other brands that are still the correct size

We've been purchasing Charmin for many, many years now, but this last purchase beats the band. We bought (2# 12 pack double rolls #24 total) and every single roll looks like it was cut with a very dull chainsaw. What happened to your Q.C.? There are shards of paper everywhere, especially where you don't want shards of paper. Totally dissappointed. I felt store return would not be fair, because this is definately not the store's fault. I am a fairly large athletic man and have used the ultra strong Charmin for a long time. The last pack I bought is now significantly narrower than before and the sheets are simply too small to wipe completely without spilling over the sides. I guess it's to save paper, but I will no longer waste my money on and just use more of the "green" stuff my wife buys.

I love charmin ultra strong mega rolls , but.... over the last few months , started wondering why the rolls weren't lasting us as long as they used to , has anyone one else noticed that they went back to the original size cardboard roll ? Only thinner and flimzier ply wise , which means we're getting less sheets on a roll of charmin ultra stong than we used to , but paying even higher prices for it and we no longer need that toilet tissue holder for the toilet paper holder that (we must have in order to use charmin mega rolls) on our tissue holders as they stated in the beginning , if they can't go back to the smaller size cardboard holder and give me my monies worth with the extra sheets they used to have , I just as well go back to using Cottonelle like I used to !!

We've been happily buying Charmin Ultra Strong for quite a while. However, on our most recent purchase, the width of the rolls has decreased substantially from the standard width. It's not only less useful, the narrow-width rolls look terrible in our paper dispenser! What is going on? Is there some subcontractor that's producing inferior rolls for Charmin? Charmin needs to figure out what's going on, and address the problem.
