This was one of the easiest furniture set ups I've ever put together. So much so that my toddler attempted (and did) help. I specifically put together the playhouse portion of this toddler bed but I absolutely love the fact that it has 3 use options; house-style floor bed or you can separate the house and bed and use the house as a play space and have the floor bed separate with their current crib mattress. My little one is currently using it as an elevated racetrack with his train underneath. Design-wise, I love the simplicity of materials. I recieved a white frame; I'm sure a few other natural colors (natural wood or gray) would be well received and in line with personal decor. The wood feels pretty solid but light. Overall, I would highly recommend to those looking for a floor bed. Lightweight yet solid materials and ease in assembly make for an amazing addition to any child's room or play space! A bonus for no offputting odors or smells from the materials when unboxing. My only gripe is in the directions. Since there is an option to use it as a play house and separate bed, directions should reflect that. As written, if you go the playhouse/floor bed separate route, the directions start from the point it is already fully assembled as 1 piece. I'm pretty handy and was able to backtrack to figure out which piece was needed for the play house, but for those who are not, it may be a little tricky. We did not have the right mattress, so we built the frame to see how my nieces would like it as a fort/ reading corner. When we finished building I thought it was so cute, as a bed frame I love the idea of a canopy for a kids bed. As a fort though, we put a sheet over the frame & some pillows to make it cozy & my nieces loved it! They spent a lot of time just sitting under the frame drawing & playing with their dolls. This was lovely as it gave my sister and my parents a break from playing with them. The only negative is that so could see my nieces arguing about who gets the bed frame, but that just means we would have to buy another one! I would definitely recommend this.

The design is so cute and I love the white color. It goes with everything and looks so sleek and clean. My son loves that it looks like a house and has his own "fort". The quality was very nice and durable and I love that it has non toxic coating in case he tries chewing on it. The assembly was very minimal and easy even for me to do. What I like most about this bed is not only is it very chic, I love that it's on the floor so he can't fall out of the bed. I'm so happy with it and will post a picture when we get my sons room all set up.

My little one and I love that it is Montessori style and on the floor. They can crawl easily in and out, and I don't have to worry about them falling and hurting themself. However, I will say I wasn't expecting the mattress to be directly on the floor. I figured there would be some slats or something between the floor and mattress, but that may be due to my lack of knowledge with Montessori style. I also like how the setup gives me the option to use the bed with the A-frame canopy or as two separate pieces. Of course, I'm using the bed with the canopy so I can hang some netting and string lights to hopefully create a magical environment for my kiddo. Instructions were easy to follow, and assembly took about 30 minutes. However, I will note that there was an odor when I first opened up everything but it did dissipate quickly. The pieces appear to be made of quality sturdy material. The non-toxic coating is a must as we all know toddlers be toddling and will put their mouth on just about anything. Easy to put together and made from high quality materials. I found the instructions easy to follow and had it together in no time. A crib mattress fits well and this is such a cute frame! My toddler has loved her "tent" bed. Adding silks or lights to the frame makes it just that more magical! Before we were ready to move this into the bedroom, we had this in the play space and used it as a reading tent. This was magical. Having an adult, toddler, and a dog squeezing in for story time was a great time for us as a family. Overall, I just can't say enough good things about this frame. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Little Seeds Trellis Toddler Bed is a really awesome bed for littles! You get the perks of a Montessori style floor bed, but it's also super cute and well made. My favorite part about it (other than how much my kid loves it!) is that it can fit a crib mattress OR a full sized mattress. As a crib/toddler bed, the house part covers the entire mattress. If you want to use it with a full size mattress, you can use it as a headboard area. We were lucky to receive the bed through Stellar Product Testing Panel, but we may be buying another one for our other kid now! Things to keep in mind: there are no slats. When we switch to a full sized mattress in a few months, we are planning to add a very low bunk board or foundation to keep the mattress off the floor. Depending on where you live, that may not be an issue. We live in a very humid climate, so that's important for us. For a crib sized mattress it hasn't mattered at all because our mattress is super breathable and we can flip it really easily because it's smaller. Once moving to a full that would just be a pain, so that's our plan. The bed was easy to put together and really well packaged. We had zero dents or problems with ours when we unboxed it, and our mail man has a reputation for being tough on boxes! I put it together by myself, and that took about 45 minutes. With a second set of hands I bet you could do it in half an hour. There was some light off gassing the first 24 hours, but Little Seeds uses nontoxic paints so that didn't bother me and it quickly faded. It's very sturdy, but you don't need any tools to put it together. It comes with everything it needs. It's really solid once you get it together. The color is a true white which makes it easier to match in with other nursery decor and also keeps it more age neutral as kiddo gets older. We added a play silk to the top of ours to make a canopy and it's just the cutest little house! The only problem we have is that our older child is super jealous of toddler sister's bed, so it looks like we may need another one! On the plus side, it's also a little fort they can share.

It's low to the ground, which is perfect for toddlers exploring their surroundings and developing independence. I was impressed by how easy it was to put together. It arrived very compactly packed in a box that is smaller than I imagined it would be. This is a great advantage for moving the bed though, and for storing it once it is taken apart. The pine material makes it very lightweight. It was easy to build on my own and it wasn't difficult or heavy to lift and place individual pieces. It fits a standard toddler mattress and feels quite sturdy. Right away, my toddler was eager to build a fort, and we wrapped light scarves around the trellis for a cute look. It's fun to customize according to my toddler's wishes and keeps her busy. She also loves having the trellis covered as she feels extra secure and cozy inside the bed that way. The trellis makes it very unique and interactive, and really inspires a lot of imaginative play. It feels like a little princess fort and is perfect for my daughter. It's playful, and I think it would fit in well with a lot of different room styles. The quality was better than I expected. I've put together plenty of furniture like this before, and it's usually a gamble whether everything lines up or if you're missing a piece. Thankfully, everything was there and the pre-drilled holes matched up, which made the whole process way less frustrating. I also liked seeing that it has a non-toxic finish, which is always a plus for anything my daughter is continuously interacting with. Assembly was pretty easy and straightforward. Even with my toddler “helping”, it took about 45 minutes from start to finish. The pieces fit together well and nothing felt flimsy or cheap. My favorite thing about the bed is how fun and versatile it is. Right now, we actually have it set up in our playroom and are using it as a spot to hold our play couch pieces until we're ready to move it into her bedroom. It's cute, practical, and feels like something we'll get a lot of use out of.

I set it up as a daybed in the playroom, and my 21-month-old daughter absolutely loves it. These days, she invites all her dolls to the bed to play hide-and-seek or just to lie down and relax. Assembling the bed was a breeze—it was simple enough that even my daughter could "help" me. Honestly, if it weren't for her help (haha), I could have finished it in 30 minutes. With her assistance, it took about 50 minutes total. I was pleasantly surprised that I could assemble it all by myself as a mom, and no extra tools were needed beyond what was provided. The manual wasn't complicated at all, and the ease of assembly was definitely my favorite part. If I had to mention some downsides, there was a rather strong chemical smell when I first opened the box, despite it being non-toxic paint. I might just be extra sensitive to smells, but thankfully, the odor completely disappeared by the next day. Also, perhaps because of the design, the edges are quite sharp. I wish the posts and any areas where a child might bump into were rounded or cylindrical. It's a bit sad to have to put safety bumpers on such a beautiful design. Additionally, when my daughter stands up in the corner, her foot sometimes gets stuck between the mattress and the railing. It's not enough to cause an injury, but I think a solid panel instead of slats might have prevented this issue. Overall, I am very happy with this product. The design is beautiful and makes the house feel so lovely—but most importantly, my daughter loves it so much. I think she'll enjoy turning it into her own little den as she gets older. The Little Seeds Trellis Toddler Bed arrived with alphabetically labeled pieces, one-size screws for the entire setup, wooden pegs, and nuts, which made the assembly fairly straightforward and easy to understand. The only tool needed was the included Allen wrench. I was able to put it together by myself, although having a second person would have made it even easier. From unboxing to completion of the base and attached canopy structure, the assembly took me 1 hour and 22 minutes. The bed fit my standard-size crib mattress perfectly and stabilized it well on the floor. I have the white model and found the non-toxic coating to be smooth and sturdy. Assembling the frame was simple because all of the materials fit neatly into their designated spots. The instruction manual was concise and included clear, helpful pictures that guided me step-by-step, along with instructions on how to separate the base from the A-frame if needed. If there were one thing I would change about the assembly, it would be to include a few extra screws or nuts in case one is misplaced in the future. The product included exactly the right number of pieces, but having spares would be helpful. I love the clean, modern look of this bed. Growing up, I remember being jealous of friends who had canopy beds because they could drape fabric over them to create a luxurious feel or added privacy.
