My toddler was amazed and beyond excited once we got the bed put together. She instantly jumped into bed and was excited to have her own space. She never slept in her own room until now. This bed gets her excited for bed time because it makes it fun. She has a sense of independence and confidence in her new comfort area. With the unique shape, you can drape fairy lights or a bed sheet to make it a fort. There are endless way to customize it. Since the bed is on the ground she can jump, play, and dance without concerns of her falling off. Another plus is that I can lay with my daughter in her bed without concerns of a weight limit. This gives us plenty snuggles and naps together in her own room. The downside, is you do have to be careful with potential head bumping on the top frame. Also, while getting in and out of bed you do have to watch for the bottom frame because you can bump a toe if your climbing in to quickly. The material is high quality and durable. So far, there has been no signs of paint chipping or wear. Putting this toddler bed together was definitely a struggle. You need two people because the point design makes it difficult to get the screws tight, while also in the right place. I had to hold the boards together while my partner installed the screws. We unfortunately put the triangle top piece together wrong twice due to the pictures not being so good. While this bed took some work to put together, the end results are worth it. The endless smiles and laughter from my daughter playing in her bed brings me so much happiness.

The bed is absolutely adorable and I love how it can be either a floor bed for your child, but you can also take the A-frame canopy roof off and make it into a play fort for your kids too. The bed is practicality meets whimsical, which is ideal for any kiddo! I love that it sparks creativity for their little imaginations. The instructions were easy to follow and the bed did not take long to put together. Just a heads up, maybe let it air out for a day or so before your kiddo sleeps in it because it does have a bit of an odor at first. The odor does dissipate quickly though and is normal, so don't worry. The materials are solid and sturdy. I like that it was thoughtfully designed with a non-toxic coating, which is important to me as a parent with little kids. My toddler immediately climbed into it and rolled around and didn't get hurt since it's a floor bed. It provides safety and accessibility. This Montessori floor bed gives kids creativity and independence. It looks adorable in my daughter's room and matches her style and personality perfectly. My only reason for taking a star off is because the mattress is flat on the floor. I know it's a floor bed, but because there are no slats for air circulation, you will need to continuously pick it up and air it out to prevent potential mold. I do have carpeted flooring in my daughter's bedroom and live in a warm climate so that is the only caveat. Otherwise, the bed is perfect and absolutely adorable! It is well-made and seems like it will definitely last long.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first received this toddler bed, I loved that the packaging was easy to be able to handle solo! It wasn't heavy or awkward to carry from outside to my toddlers upstairs bedroom. Upon opening the box, the hardware has red ribbon attached, making them super easy to find & get to when opening the package! I will say, I was definitely a little skeptical and overwhelmed when I saw the amount of pieces/parts. It was a challenge but a welcomed one as the finished product is adorable, sturdy & non-toxic! It's something you can do on your own, just know it will take a little patience. Hopefully these tips help: 1. When doing the first couple steps, flip it upside down to make it easier (see photos). 2. Definitely check which holes should have the dowels, the instructions illustration can be a bit misleading. 3. Pay attention to the direction the pieces need to face. 4. When tightening the bolts on the slats, be sure to leave one side slightly loose so that you can slide the other pieces in place. Once finished, you'll love it! Just like my toddler and I did! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recieved the Little seeds trellis toddler bed from the Stellar Product testing panel. My little one absolutely loved this bed! We transitioned from crib to this and it was pretty easy. I liked the design of the bed making it feel like their own little house! The materials were of great quality and very sturdy. The set up process was fairly easy only made difficult because my toddler was eager to get in! It has a nontoxic coating which is very appreciated! Im not worried about it chipping paint and being hazardous. My toddler is a wild sleeper so i appreciate it being so low to the floor. My favorite thing thought is that they're able to crawl in and out and be comfortable in their own bed!

My daughter is about to transition into a toddler bed and we have been really excited about putting the Little Seeds Trellis Toddler Bed. It took under an hour to assemble myself. Admittedly I was a little concerned as I was taking materials out of the box. It said non-toxic coating, however there was definitely a chemical odor that disappeared quickly, but still a little bit of a flag for me. The assembly was easy for one person. The materials are very light weight. some of the paint was chipped on a few and a white poweder residue was on the floor after i finished. I took a star away for this - quality of materials felt questionable. This is a montessori style bed, so the mattress goes right on the ground. My toddler LOVED the fact that it was low to the ground and she could effortlessly get up and down. She was giggling as she walked around the bed, reaching for the top - we have ordered some scarves to hang on it for some sensory fun. It is very whimsical, which we love. I did discover that my daughter is not quite ready for the move to a toddler bed - she has been far too excited and is using it as a playhouse now, which is really adorable. She enjoys putting her stuffed animals to bed in there. Overall, very cute and fun. Wish the materials felt like they were a little better quality and the smell hadn't been so strong. As a place to play, it's an absolute hit.

The frame itself was very easy to put together and the instructions were fairly clear to follow along. The parts of the frame are made of wood and arrived in good condition, I didn't notice any chips or damage to the parts. I like that it's a Montessori style toddler bed so they can get in and out by themselves and that the upper half of the frame can detach to create a little play area for them, I've kept it together as of now though. So far it's held up great even with my toddler trying to climb the side of the frames, it doesn't seem unstable as a standalone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the design of the toddler bed. My toddler immediately started to play in it and called it his house. I think it makes nap time and bed time a lot more inviting, and almost like another fun activity! I think it would also be adorable to drape a light curtain over the trellis to make it feel more cozy or like a real play house. I thought about getting a sheer curtain with glow in the dark stars for my son, he would love it. I also really appreciate that it allows the mattress to set on the ground so I don't have to worry about my toddler rolling out of bed in the middle of the night and getting hurt. I was very impressed by the quality of the materials and the painted non-toxic finish. I love how it looks high quality and not cheap at all. The paint finish seems like it will hold up over time with lots of use and play from my toddler. The non-toxic coating is truly an added bonus, which I have never seen or even thought was available for a toddler bed! I am happy I don't have to worry about toxic paint chips or anything floating around my home. The assembly process was simple and the instructions were clear, but it does take a good chunk of time to assemble. The bed comes completely disassembled so you have to put every part together, which isn't terrible but something to take into consideration when assembling with little ones walking around. We had to keep the littles out of the room while we were assembling. I did really appreciated the wooden dowels used to secure the side bars, in addition to the screws, which makes it a lot more sturdy. The first thing my toddler did was try to stand on the side bars so I appreciate the peace of mind that they won't easily break. What I love most about the toddler bed is that nap time and bed time become a fun place, and not just a place for sleep. Even my one year old loves to play on it with my toddler. The instructions were clear, all the pieces fit well, and it was really easy to assemble. Our 2 year old absolutely loves the bed. She is happy to go to bed in it and she and her 6 year old sister immediately made it their little play space by putting a blanket over the top. It's a cute design that looks like a little house. We love how the mattress sits right on the floor. It's super safe for a young toddler and it's perfect for kids like ours who want parents to lie with them while they go to sleep. There are no gaps and the mattress fits snugly and safely so this would be my first choice for a young toddler who's escaping the crib. Highly recommend for anyone transitioning out of a crib. She adores the design and calls it her “house.” She loves hanging blankets over the top to make a fort or tent and even hangs a little lantern from it. I appreciate that it's a floor bed, so I don't have to worry about her getting hurt if she rolls out. It's also important to me that the materials my children sleep on are non-toxic and made from natural materials, which is why I really like that this bed is made of pine and finished with non-toxic coatings. I put the bed together on my own and had to redo a few steps multiple times. Overall, the assembly wasn't difficult, but I do wish the instructions were clearer so I could have put it together correctly the first time. What I love most about this toddler bed is that it's not just a bed, it also doubles as a play space, and I can easily see my daughter enjoying it for years to come.
