[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been really happy with this Shark vacuum so far! It was very easy to put together, and the entire setup process was simple and straightforward. I especially liked that there were videos available showing exactly how to assemble and get the vacuum started. They were easy to follow, and I didn't have any questions afterward. The vacuum itself does a great job cleaning, and I love that it can also mop the floors. One of my favorite things about it is being able to have it clean while I'm at work. It's so nice to come home knowing that the vacuuming has already been taken care of. Overall, it's convenient, easy to use, and definitely makes keeping the floors clean much easier!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The robot works pretty well overall and it was able to successfully map my floor with now issues. I love that it empties itself when needed and I don't have to worry about that until the base is full. I only wish I could vacuum and mop at the same time so that it would be able to operate while I'm not home

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Its a great product, for the price point, they look classy, the mapping was pretty quick and want under the table and chair properly. Its fairly quick, noise is low. Cleaning mission was done great. And it comes in favorite color ( pink )!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Navigator 2-in-1 exceeds my expectations. It vacuums my hardfloors and it can do the carpets! I love that I can switch it up and mop my kitchen. My favorite thing about is is that I can clean my kitchen every night after cooking dinner and spend more time with my family instead of cleaning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With four kids, my floors are basically never clean, so I love anything that can take one more job off my plate. I really like that this vacuums and mops at the same time, and the bagless self-empty base means I'm not constantly dealing with all the dirt and debris. Being able to run it while I'm getting ready, doing dishes, or handling everything else around the house is exactly what I want from a robot vacuum. I also really like that it maps out your home and navigates around furniture and obstacles on its own, so you can just let it run without constantly babysitting it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Shark Robot Vacuum does what it says. The setup is easy with the app. The app allows you to control the areas you want vacuumed and schedule your cleanings. Changing the pad for mopping is super easy as well. It's quiet (except for a quick self emptying noise) and gets around any new obstacles well. The suction power is strong and picks up pet hair. It transitions from carpet to floors without missing a beat. Overall, this robot vac is great and I'm very happy with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was not sure how the Navigator would cope with my historic house, eclectic lifestyle and 5 cats! However I am pleased to say that Dolly exceeded my expectations! My downstairs floor plan is open plan but includes uneven floors and doors between rooms as well as transitioning from Berber carpet to hardwood floors. However Dolly navigated it all very successfully, only getting stuck under the dining room table once. She got indigestion from a rogue cat toy and returned to her dock but is doing well today.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this two days ago and set it up to map the place. It turned out great! It successfully mapped the carpet as well and it made sure not to mop on the carpet, which is really good. I love the self-empting bin; it's a great feature. It did an amazing job cleaning the apartment, I can actually see and feel how clean it is. The only downside is a minor scheduling issue. It was almost nighttime when it ran out of battery, so it went back to dock. However, it said it would resume cleaning as soon as it finished charging, which would have been in the middle of the night. I couldn't find a way to adjust this setting to prevent nighttime cleaning, so I had to shut the vacuum down completely. Other than that, everything else so far has been pretty good!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this product and its complete life save! I don't have to worry about everyday maintenance; I schedule my clean during the night so i go to bed and wake up with the peace of mind that my house is clean. My kitchen is spotless, freeing up my nights after work to do things I love to do!! The carpet detection is top tier, i have multiple area rugs and the robot has clearly identified each section ensuring more suction for a dry clean on carpet or during a mopping clean the carpets stay dry. As a first-time user of a robot vacuum this is the perfect robot to enter the category with. #IWorkForSharkNinja!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this a few days back and am so happy that I did. The Shark Navigator 2-in-1 vacuuming and mopping system has completely streamlined my cleaning routine. The powerful suction easily picks up debris, while the simultaneous vac and mop action targets stubborn stains on hard floors brilliantly. I also love the convenience of the bagless self-empty base and the intelligent whole-home coverage that makes navigation a breeze. Highly recommend this to anyone looking to automate their floors!
