I use it every day on my hardwood floors to suck up dog hair. Works awesome and I love that I can get under furniture.. while I appreciate not having a cord, I wish the battery charge lasted longer

Doesn't run very long on high power. Brushes quit running at times. Have a hard time getting them back going. Too hard to switch and change attachments. Won't stand up alone. I definitely don't see it being worth the money I paid for it. Not a fan.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum has great power and vacuums things up great. With great power comes not so great battery life, that is my only complaint about this vacuum. I love how it folds down for easier compact storage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have two little, fluffy dogs that spend a lot of time indoors, so I've been looking for a vacuum that does a good job with picking up dirt and pet hair. I must say after using this product for about a week I'm very impressed with the results! First, I would like to talk about the design of this product. I really like that it's cordless, lightweight and easy to use! It has a flexible wand that makes it easy for me to get to tough places like under my tables and chairs. The wand even bends around for storage which makes it very compact and able to stand upright in my hall closet. It also easily converts to a hand vacuum so I can clean hard to reach places like higher up on my walls, my stairs, etc. There's an LED display on the handle that shows the battery percentage very clearly, along with suction levels. The dust bin is a good size, and with its unique button release it's simple and fast to empty. In addition to all of this, it includes some great accessories: a tool that I can use to get into crevices, and another brush tool for cleaning. I now would like to focus on performance. The Stratos has an infrared sensor and Clean Sense IQ, so it detects dirt and automatically boosts suction. I notice more suction happening as I clean dirtier areas of my house like my kid's rooms! Between my wife's and dogs' hair, this really picks up hair great, with little to no hair wrap around the wheel! It boasts DuoClean PowerFins, which basically means two powerful, self-cleaning brush rolls. It really does great on my carpet as well as my engineered hardwood floor. It helps neutralize odors while in use, leaving my house smelling fresher. All I have to do is twist an odor neutralizer cap to get started. I also really like that the dust canister has an anti-allergen seal and HEPA filter to keep all that dander, dust, etc from getting back out into my house. There are LED lights on the front head for the vacuum to help you see debris on the floor. Since my floor is dark brown, I've found this feature to be very helpful! Average runtime for me with some serious usage has been about 30 minutes. If I'm using ECO mode and or the hand vac, it can take up to an hour. This is great for a cordless, especially one with such great suction! I will note that a full charge can take several hours, which seems normal from my experiences. Overall, in terms of design and performance I'm very impressed so far! If you're on the market for a powerful, cordless stick vacuum with a lot of features, I highly recommend this!

I bought this vacuum yesterday because my pets have been non stop shedding, I have a dog and 3 cats, and i have to clean fur out of the vacuum every few minutes or the vacuum stops sucking, this is a very bad design flaw and should be recalled and replaced.

I have only had mine for 2months and I can't stand it! To pay this much money, and all it ever does is clog up the rollers and it won't even suck up grass. I'm super disappointed. All I have ever had are Sharks. It's so disheartening. I'm extremely disappointed.

The vacuum itself is decent. The battery life is not good at all.  It is beyond disappointing. Even on eco mode it does not last very long.   Also batteries are not available to purchase for the last how long, so I can't even get one if we wanted to.  Please offer a larger battery or at least let it come with 2.

I have always been a true Shark fan. Love their products and have purchased many in the past. Was looking for a good cordless vacuum and went with the Shark Stratos with clean sense. It was very pricey but I figured how could I go wrong with Shark. Well I did. The battery life is terrible. The minute you turn it on it's down 10% and quickly drains from there. Imagine if I had it on full power mode? There are a lot of cheaper models out there that I wish I would've gone with. Sorry Shark to certainty blew it with this one.

I was so looking forward to using this. I have the dual flex but was looking for a cordless version. This one sucks!! It constantly gets clogged. It shuts off all the time. The canister is the worst design. I like shark products and loved my dual flex I just wanted the cordless version with the newer roller that doesn't wind hair around. I love the shark hair tools too but this one needs to retire.

I'm so happy I jumped on this product. It is very powerful and I can use the vacuum 2 or 3 times before recharging the battery. I love that it folds down for easy storage in my front coat closet. It's extremely versatile, kind of reminds me of a Transformer toy. It's easy to empty, also.
