I previously had a Venu 3 which I was happy with. Unfortunately it was lost on a trip internationally. I replaced with the Venu 4 and am very happy and feel it is a definite upgrade. Options and OS are definitely better and feel there are a few more features. I also thought the light might be gimmicky but have found it very very useful! Love the watch!

I rarely write a review but I love this watch so much I decided to. I have tried the competitor watch. As a busy mom, that's not for me. I can't charge it daily. I love the screen on this watch, the fact I rarely need to charge it, and I use the flashlight when I got into my kids rooms in middle of the night or morning. I workout at orange theory and the heart monitor works perfectly. I was hesitant on this watch bc I had a couple of older garmins that were fine...but the upgrades to this one is noticeable and worth it to me!

I love my new watch. I own many timepieces but it's my first smartwatch. I do hot yoga and hot mat pilates for the last two plus years and never knew the impact on my body. This gives me clear insights on everything. Also sleep tracking is huge and those nights where you either stay up to late and or too many drinks really impacts your sleep health. Overall everything has been great and zero issue I would definitely recommend this watch ⌚️ 👌🏻

I have had my Venu 4 45mm for several weeks now. After getting through a lost first shipment which Garmin was not at fault for, I am extremely happy with my purchase. It has more "bells and whistles" than I could ask for! I'm still getting accustomed to the watch functions and love the style and fit. It has excellent battery life which has really impressed me. This is my second Garmin Venu watch.

I just bought this watch. I was upgrading the lily active 2 and this watch didn't even last me a few months. It completely died. It won't turn on or charge. I am so disappointed. I did email and I have not yet received a response. I haven't been able to track my gym sessions since I got rid of the lily active 2.

I upgraded my Venu 2S to the Venu 4 45mm and I'm so glad that I did. The battery life on this watch is incredible, lasting more than 11 days on a single charge. I love the Training Readiness features that the Venu 2 did not have. It's a great looking watch too with a larger display than then Venu 2. I'll never buy another smartwatch that isn't Garmin.

I bought this two months ago. I love how accurate the heart rate monitor is. The sleep tracking is excellent and gets my naps in. The watch is light and easy to sleep at night with. The flashlight is something I won't go without again. Overall an amazing functional fitness watch. Would recommend.

Couldn't be more happy with this! I switched over from Apple Watch because the battery life was better with Garmin only to come to find out it's all around better. Couldn't be happier with the switch. It did take some getting used to and figuring out navigate around but that with anything new. Still learning all the amazing features!

I'm older and wanted a sports watch that actually looks like a regular watch instead of a bulky fitness tracker. The Garmin Venu 4's stainless steel design caught my eye right away. I was hesitant to buy it after seeing many complaints on Garmin forums about restarts when playing music on Bluetooth headphones during runs. When it arrived, I loaded my music, paired my headphones, and have now used the watch every day for 3 weeks (strength training, walking, and intervals). I'm happy to report I've had zero issues with restarts or crashes. I really like how it looks on my wrist and the bright AMOLED screen is much easier for me to read. It tracks my workouts well and feels comfortable all day. Battery life has been solid too. Overall, it's exactly what I was hoping for.

Software features are great such as workout suggestions and overall body stats. 45mm is a perfect screen size to review email and text messages. Surprisingly, the built-in flashlight actually comes in handy from time to time. Only downside is that either the little square notch for the mic or the protrusion of the watch's metal frame under the rather large action-button can be abrasive against the skin of the wrist bone (ulnar styloid process) when worn on the left hand. Didn't realize it was scraping my skin until after completing a half marathon.
