I have been using the NordicTrack Commercial 2450 for about 3 months now. I find the user interface and software flakey. Sometimes after start up, I try to use the touch bottoms to enter a speed on the touchscreen and nothing happens. I have to completely power cycle the system off and restart to gain control of the speed buttons. Durig workouts, I press the speed buttons to enter a speed and sometimes several numbers light up after I only hit one butt with my thumb tip. For example, I alternate between jogging and walking. I be trying to end a 7. 0mph jog and hit the "4" button on the screen to slow down to 4. 0mph. I'll se the '7", "6" and "4" all light up simultaneously, and nothing happens. If I am jogging at 6mph and press 4, the speed goes to 6. This happens at least once every workout. Also, I don't like that I can only use these buttons to go to say, 6. 5mph. My prevous Commercial 2950, I could press 6 followed by a 5 and the system would consistently go to 6. 5mph. This new Commercial 2450, I can only set to 6 and then after go to the arrow button and press the arrow 5 times to go to 6. 5. Very disappointed with the user interface and flakiness of the software.

I would give it five stars if it weren't for two minor things that can be corrected: the responsiveness of the touch screen and the fact that it is not possible to press the speeds in sequence to make a partial speed, like pressing 5 and 5 to make 5. 5 or fibe and 6 to make 5. 6 and so on

I absolutely loved the NordicTrack 2450 Commercial Series treadmill! From the moment I started using it, I could tell it was built for performance. The large, interactive touchscreen makes navigating through workouts a breeze, and the variety of pre-programmed sessions keeps my routine fresh and exciting. I especially appreciate the incline and decline features, which allow me to simulate real outdoor running conditions. The cushioning is fantastic, making even longer runs feel comfortable on my joints. Plus, the option to connect to iFit for virtual training and scenic routes is a huge bonus! The built-in speakers provide great sound quality, which enhances my experience, whether I'm listening to music or following a guided workout. Overall, this treadmill has exceeded my expectations and has become an essential part of my fitness routine! This is an incentivized review.

This treadmill is the full package. As a mom of young kids it can be hard to find time to fit in a workout, but this treadmill has made it easy! I love how immersive the large screen is, and have been really enjoying the trainer-led workouts with gorgeous scenery. (Beach walks/runs every day!) I think my favorite feature is the fan, I've never had that in a treadmill before. This is an incentivized review.

This has been a great replacement for my older 1750 model. The incline is very smooth. The advancement and speed is very smooth all very welcome improvements.

The size of the screen is great. I wish it had a place for a phone or tablet.. that's the biggest thing I personally think it's missing. I also don't love the buttons for the incline and speed… they aren't very touch friendly.

Bought this to add to our basement fitness area. We've belonged to iFit for 8 years and it just makes running so much more enjoyable. This TM works exceptionally well!! It has inclines and declines and is so well made. Would definitely recommend!!
