Love this product!!! Finally was able to get my hands in one of these and have used it every day since I got it.

I got this for Christmas the first time I used it the bowl cracked. I had it in the freezer like the directions told me too and it cracked and now I can't use it st all.

Seemed like a great deal but I only received a ninja creami not including the waffle maker. I've been trying to call and get a refund or get the waffle maker but it's difficult getting someone on the phone and not worth the hassle.

We are enjoying this so much. My daughter visited this week & now she wants one!

I bought this a couple weeks ago and it hardly works. Don't waste your money

I love i want another for my other home! Amazing ice cream

Last year, i tried to get friends and family to convince me "not" to buy this. So glad I didn't get it! This machine is awesome, and I can't stop creating ice cream! The Creami Deluxe is a must have!

First let me start by saying that i loooove this product….when it works. I'm now going on my fourth lid/blade and I am growing tired of it. Really bad design mechanism “holds” the blade in place…until it doesn't. Needs a redesign.

I have to unplug and replug the device everytime I have to use it. Got a replacement and the same thing keeps happening. Tiredome thing to do for a machine that is not that cheap.

I love it. Real noise and have to process several times. Could be do to making it extremely low calorie. It makes over a pint with only 100-150 calories for the whole thing!! Took a lot of research but did it! Yeah.
