I have always wanted a slushee machine for both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. I m the type of person that combs through as many reviews as possible before buying something but when this went on sale, it was an immediate buy for me. The Slushi machine has been great for both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. I own a very powerful blender as well as a high-end frozen margarita maker. Both make great drinks but with the Slushi, my drinks aren't diluted due to using ice and this is a game changer. . I couldn't be happier with this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] wow such a cool drink maker! This has been great for parties or just a Saturday night movie watch, and makes me feel like a bartender haha. Easy to use and works fast! Love that I don't have to put ice in. Every drink has come out perfect. It's also easy to clean and still perfect condition.

I purchased this item a few weeks ago and it can be temperamental. If the sugar content or heavy cream is off- or if the machine isn't set at a specific setting, the product will not turn to slush. Also, it tends to leak and hard to clean. Now I'm having trouble with an oily substance leaking. Not worth the money!

Not impressed. can't make sugar free drinks. Even the consistency of drinks with sugar aren't with the right consistency as other machines. After drink is slightly slushy, it will not dispense with a good flow. With good conscience I DO NOT recommend this product. I will be returning mine.

I was so excited to buy my slushie maker, but very disappointed in the machine itself. It takes 25 minutes to make a " milk shake", sorta , 20 minutes to make a " slushie",I used it one time and it stopped working. It would freeze product at all. So I would NOT waste your money on this item, very sad about it.

I was lucky enough to get my hands on one of these before they sold out. I have made multiple different varies of slushi's and have been highly satisfied every single time. It's too easy and too convenient and use it many times a week. Easy to clean too! Best Ninja product!

I want to say I was 1 of the lucky few that was able to purchase 1 of these before they sold out..Ninja did NOT send me this for a review..We absolutely love it in our household..So far we have made Mango Margaritas 4 times,Strawberry Milkshakes,Coffee Frappe, and a Tropical Punch slushi..All of them were outstanding.Just as good if not better than restaurant quality. The machine is quiet and easy to clean.Your glass will get very cold and produce frost on the outside and get ready for BRAIN FREEZE!!! LOL Thank you Ninja for an amazing product.I hope for a pro version in the future that can hold like 1 or 2 gallons :)

Overall, I really enjoy the machine and making drinks with it. We've made margaritas, coffee, frozen lemonades and they all taste wonderful. The reason for my low rating is that there is a MAJOR design flaw that is actually a health risk. The vessel at the back has a plastic lip that is only about a fingernail's width. This makes it impossible to clean and debris/residue from previous beverages become trapped.

Oh man this thing is awesome! We've been having so much fun making all kinds of slushies with this. It's super easy to use and clean which I absolutely love. The sleek design is great and doesn't take up too much counter space. Great for parties or even just to have for fun summer days

I have owned this product for two years but have used it fewer than 15 times. Despite this minimal use, the unit failed to power on when I attempted to use it a few days ago. While I appreciate the discount offered during my call, I am disappointed that the product failed so quickly outside of the one-year warranty period. I genuinely enjoyed this product, but I am hesitant to purchase a replacement given the lack of longevity with my current machine.
