Best purchase. The buttons are easy to use and control and the stickers on the side tell you what each function means such as add more sugar. Its very slim and tucks away in the kitchen, quite heavy to maneuver if you need to move it around and it takes a while to actually ice a drink, depending on the size. The capacity it holds is quite big. Enough for 4-5 drinks.

The best consistency for margaritas!! I'm obsessed especially to make frozen juices! The Maintenance on this machine could not be any easier! It's strong, so should be pretty durable, i've been using it everyday! Super easily to add and watch ingredients blend! No shard blade for safety concerns!

I bought this a few weeks ago and I have loved it. I have made so many different drinks in it and it always comes out yummy. It is easy to set up, find a recipe, make a recipe, serve, and clean. It is easy to pour in a pre-made mix, press two buttons, and have a drink ready while doing minimal work.

Wanted to love the product but after 3 days of usage, the machine started making weird noise and then shuts off. When it worked, it was great, however it didn't work more than it did work. At first I thought we made the temp too high but even on regular temp, the machine would randomly break down. If I'm paying premium for this machine, it should work at all times. Used it at most 6 times and 4 of those time, the machine went bonkers. I had to turn it off when it started making loud cracking noise and then turn it back on like 5 times before the drink turned slush( only workaround so far I found) but also inconvient.

Buyers Beware. Would give it a zero star if possible. I was able to use this machine 4 times to make a milkshake using the recipe in the supplied booklet to have mold growing in a Crack that can't be cleaned out. A design flaw that the manufacturer has corrected in the newer model. I have tried all of the manufacturer recommendations..... let it sit in vinegar, put in top dishwashing rack, and a water pick. Just bought the waterpick for this issue. After 3 weeks of complaining I was told to buy a new machine. The machine is still under warranty but was told it wouldn't be covered because of wear and tear. Lol. 4 times using it. I will never buy another product from this company.

If I could give Z E R O stars I would! This machine is ABSOLUTELY a joke! We the people spend T O O much money on a non functional machine! I've only used this machine 3 times! It's loud & make a screeching sound! The liquor gets caught in the vessel which in turn, causes M O L D! I've tried everything possible to fix that! I.E Waterpik, Interdental Brush, Sink sprayer. N O T H I N G works! Then HORRIBLE Customer have the audacity to tell me to purchase another vessel? WHY? Only to go through the same thing? Besides it's ALWAYS out of stock! BEFORE Y'all SORRY engineers create ANOTHER money grabbing item, fix the issues with the previous product! Ninja corporation is a JOKE! I'm filing a claim with FDA cause MOLD IS A SAFETY ISSUE & Y'ALL DON'T WANT TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT! I'LL BE THE FIRST TO GET THIS STARTED!

We love using our Ninja Slushi! We made orange dreamsicle slushies for the party for 8 year olds. It was an instant hit and a fun treat for the kids. Cleanup is a breeze and no orange stains were left on the machine after either. So many possibilities to make with this machine! Buy with confidence.

I've used this almost everyday since I got it. It's truly fabulous. Easy to clean. I've done Coke Slushi's, Cran Grape Slushi's, Watermelon Slushi's, and even made a Strawberry milkshake the other night. My favorite is as always the Coke Slushi. Recommend people to get this once it's back in stock, you're going to just Love it. Don't have to travel 15 miles just to get a Slushi anymore.

This machine is awesome and has been a huge hit with our family. From morning coffee fun, to after school surprises and after hour adult fun we have found a use for it all day long. My kids favorite so far has been root beer floats and apple cider slushes. Love the machine, it works fast, and the clean up is so easy.

We love this machine but we cannot use it anymore. There is a lip on the end of the vessel that holds the slushy ingredients that cannot be cleaned. I soak it every time I use it in warm to hot water with dawn overnight and does not clean. Do not have dish washer or water pick to clean it. I have four other NINJA PRODUCTS and use all the time and I am very happy with. Ninja will not replace vessel and it is still under warranty. I feel this is a defect causing bacteria and mold to get into the slushy. If it gets into the rim when using it can also get out when using.
