I got my Garmin after Google ruined Fitbit. The Vivoactive is pretty, but I wore it with my Fitbit on the other wrist for the first week or so, and the Garmin consistently picked up 1000-2000 fewer steps per day. Just now I walked across the room. Started with 5969 steps. After walking 15 steps it read 5944. After walking 15 more steps it read 5944. Wondering if I got a defective one.

I'm replacing my 10 yr old Vivoactive 3. It appears that there is no way to reverse the screen on the Vivoactive 6 so I can wear in on my left wrist. All the instructions say to go to the "Settings- Systems-Orientation", however there is no "Orentation" option on the Vivoactive 6. The only option I could find is to reverse the wrist bands.

While the vivoactive 6 may be a stylish accessory, it is also a super supportive assistant that calls attention to positive health changes that I need to made habitual. Since wearing the watch, my awareness has increased as I track nutritional meals, alcohol consumption, and exercise. Having this information at the forefront each day has made a huge impact on my mindset in a short time and I am incredibly grateful.

I haven't been very happy with this watch so far. I haven't even had it a month and had to hard-reset it twice for it to simply register I was wearing it. It has missed entire nights of sleep, and has my heart rate ranges way off (160 BPM is in the 'green zone?') That's when the heart rate tracking works. I'm debating returning it.

I bought this a month ago, and it mostly is fine. I am annoyed that the sleep feature will not track if I wake up and fall back asleep to factor that into my sleep score. I often wake up at the same time every day and am able to fall back asleep, but if I am up for more than 5 minutes, the watch will not track the rest of the sleep even if it's more than an hour. This is disappointing to me.

I love ❤️ my Garmin!!! The weight, the color, the fact that I do not have to pay anything additional (with my previous smartwatch I had to pay an extra line monthly)I bought it about one month ago and only question is, why I didn't buy it before?????😂😂

I bought this because I was tired of charging my galaxy watch twice a day. Wasn't aware of all the extras that came with it. I love the fitness tracking but mostly, I love the little inspirational messages after my morning report. I am still learning all the functions but I woulld recommend this to anyone.

I have really enjoyed my new Garmin! The features are great and it is perfect for my long runs, sleep tracking, and knowing when I need to rest and recover. I switched over from apple watch and I am glad I did. While it doesn't integrate with my phone as well as the apple watch, I feel like it is much better for tracking my activities and health. There was a little bit of a learning curve with the functionality and settings but it wasn't anything a quick search could solve! I would highly recommend this device and it being HSA eligible is even more of a bonus.

I have had the watch for a month and overall it is amazing. Heaps of detailed information make it great for tracking workouts. Using the watch is quick and efficient. The only missing function is the brightness. The brightness is set by ambient sensor. Even with this characteristic, I still would recommend the watch.

I'm love my garmin vivoactive 6 watch!! I have been an Apple Watch user previously, and this change has been amazing. Battery health is 7-10 days for me which is a huge improvement compared to my previous watch. I like how I'm able to see all the data for my activities in the app, sleep report and body battery are my fav features!! In love with my super watch-that's how I've named her :)
