I have had the Vivoactive 6 for 2 weeks upgrading from a FitBit Versa 2. My biggest issue is the size of the print, I thought I saw a place to make it bigger but can't relocate the place in settings. I like the battery 11 plus days compared to 2 maybe 3 on the FitBit. It was worth hassle to change exercise platforms. The only other issue I have is getting the steps to be equal in Connect and Google Fit. If you're on the fence and have a FitBit, just do it this watch has everything you're used to and more.

The watch is not too big for smaller wrists, but is packed with many great features to play music, track activities and other things. Very stoked that you can change watch faces and keep up with all the running/biking miles and stats. Shipping was fast and the watch lives up to expectations. Would by a Garmin again for sure.

I got this to help track my activity and monitor my health. This paired with using MacroFactor has been huge in helping me understand my body and activity more. It's incredibly easy to use and has encouraged me to get moving more. I workout daily, but never realized how little I walked so I've been much more mindful about my steps and cardiovascular health in addition to building muscle. It's so easy to turn on to track my walks, Pilates, tennis and other things. Simple design. I got this one because I'm not a runner and it's been perfect for me.

I have been a Fitbit girl since 2018. I knew I did not want an Apple Watch and I have heard good things about Garmin so here I am. Let's start off with what I am disappointed in. I did not realize that this garmin does not track my skin temperature nor does it show me the amount of stairs climbed. Those are two big things that I will miss from my Fitbit. It has taken me some time, and I am still learning how to navigate the app and the watch face, but overall, I think I like it. This is a big change, this watch has so much to offer and I am trying to figure out how to use it all. As far as how it looks, I like it. I like that I can change the watch bands. I went with the bone color which does show dirt so I have bought some darker bands. I'm mainly got this watch for Hyrox training and tracking, and it works well for that.

I was really excited to get my first Garmin. I do strength training and a bit of running. I like to use the timer for clients as well as build and test workouts When I need my Garmin at important times it shuts down or the screen freezes. I tried updating it through my laptop but kept giving me the same problem. I will be returning it and looking for either another Garmin watch that is not defected or another sports watch.

I am vision impaired and technically ignorant. If there is any web site/video/booklet that has pictures of the various screens and directions either extra large or so I could enlarge, it would be most helpful. I am 85 years old and live alone so I have been struggling for two or three weeks trying to set it up. I just want walking and water aerobics (or similar). No running, biking, skating. Is there a reference with heart, etc and how to change watch face easily?

I was very excited to get this smartwatch. Four days after I started wearing it, I got a 1/4 inch scratch at the 12 o'clock mark. I'm a private duty nurse, and I barely bumped a smooth wood corner on my patient's bed. Every time I notice the scratch, it makes me sad. I've had multiple devices with Gorilla Glass, and have never had an experience like this before. Otherwise, it's a great watch so far.

Im a trans woman, and theres only male or female. HRT actually does change how your blood pressure reacts to your body and how much excersize is required to build muscle. Id also like to have a more accurate form of step tracking. If you could make a watch mostly for the doctor to connect to, and have more in depth readings/stats that would be wonderful.

I gotta say I'm not very impressed with it so far. The fact that I can't control which apps send notifications to the watch (for iOS it all or nothing. If you get a notification on your phone, you get it on the watch. No exceptions.) is bordering on a dealbreaker for me. I like the body battery feature, and that's mostly what I bought it for, but it's not very intuitive to use and interpret. Reading the stats on the watch is somewhat clunky, and the app isn't particularly intuitive. I also wish there were more plug and play watch faces with a slightly cleaner look. I don't want to do all the fussing with the Connect app to find a face that I probably have to pay extra for anyway. So far the transition from FitBit to Garmin has been challenging and I'm not sure if I'll be able to stick it out or have to pivot back. Trying to give it a real shot though.

I bought this 3 weeks ago in order to replace my fitbit which had aged out. It took some getting used to as the step counter is not as sensitive as the fitbit which counts your every move. I've had to work a lot harder to get my 10 thousand steps in a day! There's also something called a Body Battery which I have yet to figure out. There's a lot more to this watch than I thought.
