Easy to use. Only downside is you have to touch the person if using on others. Gives accurate temperatures. In times of pandemic great tool for every family/co-worker.

This works so well this purchase was my second one because I misplaced my first. I've had this kind of thermostat for 4 years and I will NEVER rely on a different one ever again or at least while my kids are still little.

Incorrect readings when taking it several times seconds apart. My temperature read 97.0 and hen 100.4 and then 98. Waste of money and it's going back to the store right now!

Easy to use and makes me feel more secure monitoring my family's health. Of course we worry that every sniffle or upset stomach could be COVID-19. If no spike in fever, I can feel less anxious.

This is an expensive piece of junk. First off the readings are all over the place and secondly I didn't have it a month and now it shows absurdly low temps all the time.

I needed this for work. It's a contact reader, but I decided to keep it because it sounded likely to be accurate and I can sanitize it. In my air-conditioned office, it doesn't work properly. It usually reads 85 degrees, occasionally jumps up to 95 or 96. I've read the instructions to troubleshoot, but they haven't helped. I've given up and am going to buy another. I gave it 2 stars because it works well enough in my home (off by maybe 2 degrees) when there is no air conditioning going. I can make use of it during Covid.

This thermostat would measure a range from 96-100 if you took your temperature multiple times within a few seconds in the very same place. Even when using it properly, the measurements would still vary. It's pretty bad that I paid so much for it when a $15 thermostat from Amazon works better. I bought this in store thinking it would be a good one. Don't buy this.
