I have had almost any/every pre workout you can think of. And I can HONESTLY say. The Essential pre workout is a very good and clean product that will give the perfect amount of energy you need to get that workout in minus the nasty ingredients and the nasty crash most pre workouts give. There would be times were I would just take it as a pick me up even if I wasn't gonna work out that day or not until later in the evening. Solid 9.5/10

This has to be the smoothest flavor I've had granted it's the first time trying a Raw product. The pump was absolutely insane and the energy levels were smooth throughout my entire workout. I do train late night so I hesitated grabbing this over the stim-free since I was worried about not being able to sleep but this was not an issue whatsoever. I ordered and am excited to try pre-xtreme as well

I've been lifting for 10+ years and have tried almost every pre-workout on the market. This product is probably the best bang for the buck. Great flavors, perfect level of stim, and great pumps. You won't be disappointed. Even better it really is simply mixed. All you'll ever need from a Pre.

10/10, the pre was super sour and had a smooth consistency that made for a great drink to help boost my energy for big lifts (looking at you leg day). There was no clumping and this pre didn't give me any itching sensations, just pure focus and energy to power through tough lifts. Definitely a must buy for Raw nutrition fans.

Raw pump is one of, if not my most favorite training essentials. This product is so beneficial, long lasting, effective and the quality is top tier. Every flavor succeeds my expectations and I'm never disappointed. 10/10 recommend for anyone who wants a sick pump and one made from the greatest team of individuals.

My favorite pre workout right now!! It's the most cost efficient pre on the market, that while being affordable, hold its high quality standard still. Taste is top notch for Raspberry Creamsicle and Watermelon! If you're looking for a good daily driver (the best imo) this is it! Affordable and simple ingredients! Absolutely gets the job done!

Was committed to the orange flavor (which AMAZING) so I was hesitant to try a new flavor. My only regret is not trying it sooner. Watermelon is just as amazing, and now I can't decide which I like better. Either way, the flavors are ON POINT and the pre mixes so smooth! Best preworkout I've tried!

The best pre-workout out there!!! Doesn't give me the crazy itches where I can't get my workout in but gives me the energy to complete all my workouts without crash. Ever since I first started taking pre-workout I've felt so much stronger at the gym. Thankfully this pre-workout has a great flavor and no bad aftertaste so I can enjoy it with water and ice. Great Pre-workout!

First time using the "Essential" Pre-workout and can honestly say it's worth every penny. I've recently had to stop taking pre for a couple months in order to lower my tolerance and with this being the first one I try after a while, it's amazing. Has just enough caffeine to get you into the gym and through your workout WITHOUT a crash afterwards. Also has the same amount of beta alanine you'd find in other pre-workouts, for the tingle, as well as something new. This would be the pink Himalayan Pink Salt (which I've never seen in a pre-workout before) but does the job of getting a pump. All in all, I would give this a 9/10 as a good pre to use if you don't want anything extreme.

Great Pre-workout! So the Orange flavor tastes like a slightly less sour sunny D. I really like sour pre workouts so I always pair this flavor with Creatine HCL. This version of Creatine adds a lot of sourness to your pre due to the acidity of HCL. Overall it feels like a one stop shop pre workout, the itch is there, the flavor is there and the energy is a slow smooth burn. I only do 1 scoop at 200mg if caffeine which is perfect. Amazing pre workout give it a try.
