I bought a month ago and feel on love before realizing this is a basic vacuum with extra steps.

Hard wood floor attachment does not capture all the dust.

love the brush head and how hair doesnt wrap up in it

So far so good..we like it. Had an issue that was fixed over the phone with replacement parts

I can really see the difference in my rugs. Pulling up lots of cat hair.

Love it. I have lots of hair and it gets it all. Wish the clean out went from top to bottom, have to remove canister to get some hair out. Best Buy.

I love how it picks up and is so easy to clean. I prefer the 12 I have but only because the 12 feels so much lighter.

This vacuum is fantastic! It is light, easy yo use and the green light shows all the dirt. Fantastic for quick clean up.

Love my new Dyson! It picks up cat hair better than anything. I vacuum every day now because it's such fun to use!

I feel like I've bought a fancy new sports car! This is a sleek and efficient beauty! Very happy!
