Just received this unit a month ago and it works perfectly amazing how much dirt shows up in the light

I received this as a retirement gift option. It is an excellent vacuum but weighs a lot more than advertised in my retirement gift brochure.

I ordered online and it worked well the first day then I couldn't get the charger to work properly and sometimes it won't turn on at all

I bought this about three weeks ago and it seems the seal is not keeping the dirt in the canister as well as it should be

Not near as good as my old Dyson. It speeds up and slows down for no apparent reason. Battery does not last near as long as my old one does.

It's really expensive. However, if you can afford it, it makes vacuuming fun. The laser floor attachment is especially enjoyable.

i find the power not as good as lastest model this one i have to go over the floor twice to pick stuff up. the head is smaller then other models

Bought 2 weeks ago to replace old Dyson. This one is very heavy and is ok for cleaning. The green light is nice

I'm happy with my new Dyson. Lots of improvement since my last vacuum. I especially enjoy the cleaner head that illuminates the hidden dust.

My husband bought for Christmas. And I absolutely love it. Picks up so much better than what I had.
