So far it is an easy pill to swallow. The pill size isn't too big and it doesn't leave an after taste. 90 of pills for the price is great. Since I haven't taken this for a full 30 days yet, I can't tell you if it is making big changes. I can't tell you that I feel like it is helping with my perimenopause symptoms that I am having.

Trying the Menopause Health by Members Mark. The capsule is large about an inch in size, but still easy to swallow. I have had no negative side effects. I do believe these capsules have helped with my sleep health. I use to take a sleep aid some times and have now stopped that because I feel these capsules help with my sleep. I do wake more rested. As we age a good nights sleep can be hard sometimes.

These were pretty large...I struggled to take them, but that might be just me Lingering taste, definitely can taste then for hours after. I take with food and a bit of milk. I didn't notice a definable difference but I might need to take them for a longer period of time

I tried this product after taking another supplement for about 6 months. I found that for the most part it seemed to help with most of the issues I was having (insomnia, night sweats, hot flashes). I wish it did not indicate that it had to be taken with food. That is the number one way for me to forget to take a medication since I don't eat for about three hours after I wake. The flip top cap is very handy if you don't have children in the home. At about $34 for a 90 day supply it is a good value.

Size is about normal for a vitamin. Mild taste/odor, but not bad. Too soon to tell it it's beneficial. Ingredients are different than typical women's vitamins so hopefully I will tell something after 30 days. Comes in a sealed easy to open bottle so not child proof, but works well for me since I don't have any little ones running around. Directions are clear for one/day

These have a strong maple scent when opening the bottle, otherwise there are no negatives. After taking for three weeks I haven't noticed a real positive difference in anything but also nothing negative. Will continue to take to see if menopause symptoms decrease over time.

I have been taking this for about 3 weeks. I never had hot flashes, just hours of feeling extra warm. These seemed to help reduce the heat amount. I take in the morning with my other meds and it is fine. No tummy upset. I am Type 1 Diabetic and this did not affect my blood sugars. I do have more energy and do not suffer a crash mid day. My mood is about the same so no real difference there.

Menopause supplements in a pretty pink bottle. The bottle is easy to open and they were sealed for freshness. The capsules are large but still easy to swallow.
