These members mark menopause health dietary supplements seem to be working OK this far. I’ve only been taking them for a few days. I am going through perimenopause and they seem to have calm my symptoms down. The only thing is they do have a little bit of an aftertaste because they are a capsule.

I just started using this menopause support supplement and really like that it’s just once a day capsule. It’s very easy to add to my nightly routine. These worked great, in the short amount of time I’ve used them. I’ve noticed a difference. The hot flashes and the night sweats have subsided almost entirely. The only downfall is I don’t enjoy the smell of the supplement, but it’s not something I can’t get past. Super easy to swallow and made with ingredients you can pronounce. This dietary supplement is a positive in my opinion. Having several extracts and no added ingredients such as sugar gives a favorable impression. Now just giving it time to prove how much it will improve my symptoms. High hopes for this supplement!

I tried this product after taking another supplement for about 6 months. I found that for the most part it seemed to help with most of the issues I was having (insomnia, night sweats, hot flashes). I wish it did not indicate that it had to be taken with food. That is the number one way for me to forget to take a medication since I don't eat for about three hours after I wake. The flip top cap is very handy if you don't have children in the home. At about $34 for a 90 day supply it is a good value.
