So far we love it. No issues whatsoever. The installation portion took me a little longer than expected, and certain parts of the process definitely require 2, or even 3, people but its all very doable. All of the parts/pieces seem to be good quality, and the instructions are mostly pretty easy to understand.

From the professional, knowledgeable phone rep, to the ease of the fast and seamless delivery and finally to the beauty of the wood and details. It is built solid and makes our backyard so much more enjoyable for gatherings with friends and family!

The structure seems very strong and was straight forward to assemble. The roof panels were the most challenging to lift into position. This required enough people and planning to do safely. One design change is needed. The metal band that goes around at the bottom of the roof should go UNDER the roof pieces instead of over them as instructed, because it catches leaves and debris. My leaves caused visible stains on the wood. After it was too late I saw blogs mention how the instructions should be revised.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this prior to Memorial day, knowing it would be a great addition for our backyard and pool. I purchased professional installation as well. The only drawback to the installation was the gazebo set in my garage until late July waiting for the installers to arrive. I had an early June date originally and they cancelled on me. Once the gazebo was erected it was everything I though it would be. I added a ceiling fan, roller shade to one side and towel rack for pool towels. It provides nice shade for hot days and cover for my backyard grilling. Overall a great investment.

Unfortunately I do not have the gazebo up some issues that I am trying to clear up has held up the assembly. I did see this gazebo in person set up in Sams club and I fell in love with it immediately and it is so sturdy and so well designed I knew right away that i had to have it. Again I cannot take pictures or video until I have it assembled, but be rest assured that I will share many pictures and video as soon as that happens. We purchased 3 acres in the country and built our homes. We needed a perfect spot to relax and entertain friends. This gazebo fills the bill for relaxing in the afternoon listening to the birds or entertaining friends in our new relaxing country home. Eventually, we are building a pond area in front of the gazebo for additional country relaxation.

I was very pleased with the quality of this product. The wood was very well prepared and the quality of the bolts and hardware were 100%!! I would highly consider this product. The instructions were well detailed via the images, but I think they could have add additional written instructions and tips.

The wood smells so good and it is light, but sturdy! easy for us to assemble all by ourselves. The size is great to connect with our pool, provides good seating spaces. The customer service is also excellent, we missing one type of screws, they shipped out to us within 2 days which is great. Overall, happy with the purchase and highly recommend!
