Absolutely love this ice maker! It makes ice quickly, is easy to use, and it's the size I like. The ice comes out perfectly every time, and I love how convenient it is to have soft ice whenever I want it. Definitely one of my favorite purchases highly recommend!

My Chefman ice maker quit working a few weeks ago. I called Chefman. The ice maker was still under warranty. I provided the company with the needed information. They honored the warranty. It was not the same model as the model we had purchased was discontinued, but the shipped a replacement. Thank you for standing behind your product. Great job Iceman! New compact icemaker is quiet and quick. I use it for ice tor my husbands lunch box.

This machine was great and easy to use. Initially I was surprised at how small the ice cubes were but after I put them in my drink I said “this is great”. It makes a lot of ice with 2-12oz bottles of water in a short period of time. Great purchase for me.

Summer is hot and humid on western PA. Because my refrigerator does not have an ice maker, trying to keep enough ice on hand for drinks has been tough. Set up was easy. We started enjoying ice in just a few hours after delivery. Looking forward to the rest of this summer and lots of ice cold drinks.

Easy set up working for a few months now it keep saying to add water when there's plenty of water in it I've reset it cleaned it per directions in the manual and still won't produce ice. It was great for a few months.

Makes ice fast. Large ice bucket. A little loud but bearable. Sometimes makes a loud noise after working roo hard (like a hot belt). We just unplug it and let it rest for a bit and then start it back up. Would gi e 4 stars if it weren't for the "belt" noise.

It's a great convenient way to have nugget ice. I wish it had a way of keeping the ice frozen versus melting if you do not get to it quickly.

Well, it says makes ice and as little as six minutes, but it's been taking forever. It has been 20 minutes

My cleaning cycle is not working Instructions say to hold on for three seconds and all the lights will come and and cleaning starts for 7 minutes. No lights come on and only ice making starts.

I'm so disappointed. It died in less than 6 months. Only used bottled water and cleaned the machine. It started squealing and now won't make ice at all and I've tried for a couple weeks straight. It slowly made a scoop of ice and now not even a couple tiny cubes.
