After the first load came out of my dryer, they weren't crusty; they were nice and soft. You could tell there were no residues left after rinsing. I like the cup; it's pre-measured, so you know how much soap you need, so there's no guessing involved. Even easy for the kids!

The package is easy to hold and to pull. The size is great for any household. My son's soccer clothes needed it the most , and it worked effectively clean and dissolved the stains. It's very concentrated, so you do not need a ,or to make your clothes clean. Overall, it's a great product.
