We're very sorry to learn that you had this experience with Tidy Cats with Glade Clear Springs Clumping Cat Litter. While we're glad to hear that you found the bucket convenient for storage and reuse and appreciated the low-dust performance, we're sorry that the clumping ability did not meet your expectations compared to other brands. Please know that this is unusual and not typical of our products. We'd like to learn more and offer our help. Please call us at 1-800-835-6369. We are available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. (CT), and Saturday through Sunday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (CT). Hoping to connect with you soon. – The Tidy Cats Team
