The sound is amazing with just the basic settings. When i hear my favorite singers voice i cant believe how incredible it sounds and the instruments so clear and sysinct. one of the other reasons i purchased these was that i thought the ear pads would be larger size for the ears so am highly disappointed that the ear holes are a little smaller than expected and that the earpads are not thicker so my ears hurt after a while from the pressure on them and have to take them off but a am testing a work around by using alternative thicker ear pad so my ears dont have to touch the inside of the foam or be pressured by the earpads so i dont have to return these cuz they do sound great better than my less expensive sony wh-720's. It would be so cool if they made a Momentum 3.5 and lightened the battery to say 30-40 hours so not so heavy on the head/ears and bigger earpads with a greather depth for the ear and wider space around the ear, omg that would be so awesome! Then i could just buy them without having to make any adjustments out of the box.

The momentum 4 wireless seems to be only wireless so long as you are pairing through a phone. Otherwise, on PC, you cannot have intelligible audio without using the USB cord it came with. Not worth the money, but the audio and bass is great! Just wish it could be wireless for PC use. As for comfort, I'd rate it a 3/5 as well. It's comfortable for a few hours but really starts to hurt the ears. If you bought this for PC use, I'd recommend trying to find a longer USB cord too as it is only around 5ft long. All in all, it's a decent headset - just not very optimized for PC use/gaming.

I have had these headphones for just over 2 weeks. The Sennheiser momentum copper headphones deliver rich, clear sound with impressive bass and detailed mids. The copper accents add a touch of sophistication, and the comfort fit makes the ideal for extended listening especially given that you get 60 hours of charge. In my opinion they offer a stylish high quality audio experience.

For sound and comfort, nobody can beat. The 808's will send you across the room!! Been using their products solely since the yellow head pads of the 70's as an executive at a major record company, greatest music listening brand on the planet. As far as the wireless tech connecting to devices, a few high school nerds were hired for development of this part of the process. Hope they retain the pros for the next generation.

The sound quality was great, which is why I chose these over a comparable Bose model. I thought the extra price would be worth it. I'm not even 3 months in to having these and they stopped working. I wish I had listened to the other reviews and reddit threads. While they do have a 2 year warranty, since this is a known, recurring, issue, it seems like they will only be good for 2 years. And because the warranty process is lengthy, I will be without headphones for about a month. Buyer's remorse.

I wouldn't consider myself an audiophile by any means but I have owned some good headphones in the past including the Bose QC 45 and Sony XM4, recently. The Momentum 4 are my favorite sounding to date. The clarify of every instrument at mid volume to lmax volume is incredible. The bass is unlike anything I've experienced in a pair of headphones and the customization, once you figure it out, really seals the deal. I think the XM4 ANC is a little better and they're also a little more comfortable than the Momentum 4's, but the sound more than makes up for those deficiencies. Deficienciy is probably the wrong word, since the XM4's are just great in those categories. They look great, the battery life is so good it's easy to forget they'll actually can run low, and the copper trim seems to catch people's attention. These are not waterproof! Don't forget that.

Great sounding product overall putting them on for the first time was awesome but not even 10mins of using I started to get a slight headache I thought it was me from not putting them on properly but it was the headphones. I have a pair of Bose qc35 and they feel less tight on the head since they don't pressure on your ears and they feel more relaxed the moment 4. I was really looking forward to some sennheiser's but they weren't for me.

This is the best result of the research I have done on headphones that have current technology and eternally gorgeous sound. Very comfortable and sturdy, these sound machines deliver very beautiful and accurate results. The ease of use is exemplary. What a pleasure to have over the ears. Thank you Sennheiser Hearing. I'll have to work on the negative side. Ah forget about that there is no downsides to these.

The headphones are fantastic, however there is an audio imbalance issue where the right earphone is punchier than the left earphone which throws me off a little, even after using a EQ Balancer to adjust the audio to be a bit more left leaning, the issue still persists slighty.

The Momentum 4 are my sixth pair of Sennheiser headphones. I appreciate the sound quality of these, but the touch controls are a dissappointment. Even the touch controls on other Sennheiser products, such as the (very old) MM500X and the newer True Wireless Momentum earbuds were more accurate and a better implementation. The design is pleasing and looks upscale but does not look to be either as durable or classic as the former Momentum leather and metal. The ability of the Momentum 4 to pair and reconnect with two devices is superior to numerous other Bluetooth products I have used. The long battery life is also an outstanding feature. I personally prefer headphones which fold down to a smaller package but for (especially airline) travel, the hard case is very nice and elegant looking. The noise cancelation is good but it isn't a feature which is very important to me. Phone call quality and even placing calls via voice are excellent. Overall, the Momentum 4 are wonderful as wireless headphones but the rather inconsistent touch controls are the primary shortcoming.
