I had been taking collegen pills, so this was a great alternative and gives a bit of sweetness to feel like you're having a treat!

It has a fruit punch flavor that is not overpowering and can be easily blended with smoothies or taken by itself. I am loving adding this to my routine!

It helped my skin be more hydrated less saggy and it has helped reduced wrinkles and lines. Its hydrated my skin it helped my skin be littke more glowy and look smoother feel smoother less oily. I dont know yet about my joints but ill update if anything changes. I do 100% recommend this drink to help tighten hydrate and smooth skin make it glowy.

The liquid formula is so easy to mix into any drink and makes for a smooth texture. I just add it to a little water and the flavor is good… tastes like flavored water. The dose is just one tablespoon. I find this to be very convenient and pleasant to take.
