It is so easy to take in the liquid form, has a good taste and can be mixed with anything if you prefer to. It tastes similar to fruit punch. This is a big size and will last for at least a month. It helped my skin be more hydrated less saggy and it has helped reduced wrinkles and lines. Its hydrated my skin it helped my skin be littke more glowy and look smoother feel smoother less oily. It has a mild fruity flavor but is not too sweet. After a few weeks, I've noticed smoother skin stronger nails and less hair breakage. It lasts a long time For 1 month approximately.
