If you like the smell of lemon and love clean dish

These dishwasher packs are exquisite and they do the job amazingly. They make my dishes smell amazing I admire the smell of lemon let alone make the dishes very clean. They are extremely good for its prices because it did the job well and is eco friendly.

Amazing!

I've been using the Seventh Generation Dishwasher Packs daily and I'm really impressed with their performance. They dissolve completely, even on quick cycles, and leave my dishes clean and streak-free with no cloudy film. The light lemon scent is fresh without being overpowering. I also appreciate that it's made with plant-based ingredients and feels like a cleaner, more eco-friendly option. If you're looking for something effective and gentle, this is definitely worth trying.

The clean option for dishwasher detergent

I use these and Grove Co dishwasher pods interchangeably. So far , I love it. It doesn't have strong scent to it. It is clean option for your dishes without many chemicals included. It is really free and clear as its name. It doesn't have dyes and fragrances. It is easy to use and affordable.

Good everyday packs with a pleasant lemon scent th

After using these Seventh Generation Dishwasher Packs I liked the mild lemon Scent and how they handled everyday Cleaning. They removed light Stains and worked well on my usual Dishware, showing decent Strength in a normal cycle — not perfect on baked-on messes but a reliable, gentle option overall.

Poor quality product - has gone downhill

I used to really like this product and have purchased them repeatedly. The last few boxes I purchased have caused major issues - I frequently need to run my dishwasher 2 times for the pod to even work, and today I ran it a total of 4 times, using a new pod for the 2nd 2 runs which also didn't work. So I threw them away and had to go buy a different brand, recommended by Wirecutter, which worked great. I'm very disappointed because I'd prefer using a "cleaner" product, but the water usage required to get the pods to function (running my dishwasher more than once) probably offsets the benefits of using a "green" product.

Left my dishes dirty!

I'm very unhappy with this product! The package advertises "Sparkling, spot-free dishes without prewashing." "Get a total clean the first time. "Removes stuck-on food." I took my dishes out of the dishwasher and half of them still had food stuck on them so I had to end up washing those by hand. I clearly have to prewash the dishes first before putting them in the dishwasher. Oh, and a lot of the dishes had a white powder on them. So I had to wash those dishes as well! I used this product because it's safe to use on my 7 month old's dishes and utensils. I'm better off washing her dishes by hand and switching back to what I used to use.

Horrible

I had the same issue as another buyer. These left a disgusting residue on the inside of my dishwasher and white residue on some dishes. Some came out nice while others I would not eat off of. I cant understand it. The regular dish soap, dryer sheets, and laundry detergent are amazing. This was so completely disappointing!

Powder and residue left behind.

I tried these based off of a recommendation and I was very disappointed that powder is left in top shelf only plastics and residue on other top shelf only items. I have to rewash everything and rinse because I'm nervous that all my dishes are coated in this cleaner. Going to try the rinse aid and possibly stay away from the packets altogether.

Zero stars! Worst dishwasher pods ever

Shocked that a Seventh Generation product could be so bad. These dishwasher pods leave a white residue on everything—dishes, glasses, pots and pans, and even the dishwasher. Tried a second rinse but it's still there. I have now hand-washed everything in vinegar and water to try to remove the residue, but the inside of the dishwasher remains streaked with white. For a company that purports to be planet-friendly, having to wash everything multiple times (which requires additional water and electricity) seems like a really poor value proposition. It's also a waste of $$$ as this isn't exactly a low budget item. Deeply disappointed in Seventh Generation; there are other environmentally-kind products that just work better. NOTE: I don't have photos since I've already rewashed everything; please look at the photos in other reviews for a glimpse of how poorly this product works.

Residue on plastic

Seems I had the same experience as everyone else. There is a residue left on the plastics. I got more of a greasy residue, white also, as if there was a film left on all the plastics. My concern is if it is safe. I put the wash through an extra rinse to see if it came clean, but it did not. I than used a dish towel to try to remove. Any suggestions from seventh generation? I see one review said to use half a pack, but is it safe to break the packs in half and if so, is a plastic baggy going to hold the rest of the soap well enough until it is used. I hate wasting money.
