[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As far as I could tell they work great. My mind is at ease knowing these have more natural ingredients for cleaning your dishes. If you are looking for a more natural clean, I would recommend these.

I was recently given some samples to try from Seventh Generation.. all i could think when i got them is no way can this " natural" product compare to my regular products....but id give them a try...gotta say i was pleasantly surprised....you can get things clean without killing the earth... kudos Seventh Generation

I'm so happy I was selected to try Seventh Generation Free & Clear Dishwasher Detergent Packs (360 gr). I received this free product for the purpose of my review. Opinions are 100% my own. The package comes with 20 sachets. This product is free of fragances, dyes and chlorine bleach. First time trying this dishwasher detergent. I have to admit that I have had a great experience using these packs. They are easy to use and they don't leave residues. My glasses look cleaner and shiner than never before. I love how they smell and the most important thing: their products are natural and 100% guilt free. They remove all the dirt from my dishes and glasses. I recommend this product and of course I'll be buying it because I have become a 7th generation lover and I'm a attached to this brand. Thank you Seventh Generation!

I received 2 sample bags of Seventh Generation dishwasher detergent packs for free as a member of Seventh Generation's Generation Good Advocates community. It's also a free and clear product, so it's non-fragrant, no dyes nor chlorine bleach. It smells good. Doesn't leave any white residue on my dishes. #7thGenPartner #freesample

Seventh Generation dishwasher pods are another beautiul part of seventh generation company. They are another Powered by Plants and Minerals product. It is a USDA CERTIFIED BIOBASED PRODUCT. These clean great and even remove dried, stuck-on food. I used this Free & Clear variety and it contains no chlorine bleach, phosphates or fragrances. This is slso available in Lemon Scent and is scent made from 100% essential oils & botanical ingredients. I still prefer zero fragrances. The price is super reasonable for a large bag of pods. I love these and will continue to use. I received a free product for the purpose of my honest review.

I typically get their Ultra Power Plus, this isn't as good as that variation for my family. Still had some food on dishes. I got the product for free as a sample from Seventh Generation, which was awesome! But I think I'll stick with the Ultra Power Plus.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very satisfied with these detergent packs. Dishes come out clean and they're good for the planet too. They smelled fantastic and the packaging is also eco friendly. I was using a store brand and the value is comparable and quality unmatched.

I have used the Seventh Generation Dish Pacs for 18 months now. My dishwasher always leaves loose powder in the detergent cup so it is necessary for me to use pacs to prevent this. I have been very happy with the cleanliness of my dishes and there is never a residue left behind. The original version of these dish pacs were packaged in a cardboard box. I was disappointed to see that the packaging had been changed to plastic and I contacted Seventh Generation to express my disappointment. To my surprise they responded with the following: We appreciate your concern for the impacts of the products you purchase. I do want to be clear that the pouch we are using can be recycled. It can be recycled at most grocery stores, at the front of the store many places have recycling for the plastic bags and the pouch can be added to this. Another important note, the cardboard we did use for the pacs was not recyclable. There was a small amount of clay in the cardboard to help prevent any moisture from entering and this prevented it from being recycled. It could break down, if exposed to the right elements but most likely this would not happen if tossed in the trash. The new pouch is not ideal but the overall impact is actually less than that of the cardboard we were using. We do feel that plastic needs to used only when necessary and that it should certainly be recyclable.

I like that these are better for the environment. I with my dishes came out cleaner though. But that might be the dishwasher and not the product. Our apartment dishwasher is from the 90's and no amount of encouragement or fancy products seem to make a difference in the quality of clean.

I love the idea of reducing your plastic consumption and not having harmful chemicals go into our water supply. But unfortunately these dishwasher pods were not as effective as other ones that I've tried. I found that food was still left on the dishes. I use up the bag but did not repurchase.
