It protects up to 450 degrees of heat. It left my hair smoother after using a hair dryer and straightening my hair. Not only have I been using this almost everyday, I thankfully feel that my hair isn’t frying off. The mist is amazing and allows me to make sure each strand of hair has been sprayed. I do wish the scent was a bit different, definitely not my favorite. Overall, this product isn’t sticky and doesn’t leave anything behind. My hair remains soft and definitely feels healthy!
