I really liked this heat protector for its ingredients since it is free of parabens does not need rinsing and has a very soft texture while it is sprayed all over the hair for better performance to care for and protect the hair from heat I am very happy with the results

I like how fine the mister is but don't like how it sometimes sprays a tiny amount while other times gives you a continuous stream of product. That said, this cuts down my blow dry time by almost half and my hair doesn't feel super dry which is always a plus. Would only recommend for more damaged hair as too much protein can be bad for you.
