I love that it protects heat up to 450 degrees but I am not sure I’ve seen a lot of significant results. The spray part of it is a little difficult to use because it continuously sprays after one or two pumps.

I love the way it smells, doesn't leave a heavy residue, and it makes my hair silky smooth and soft to the touch. It has a continuous spray, so you don't have to keep spraying it repeatedly. I like that it can be used on damp or dry hair and it protects up to 450 degrees.
