I naturally have thick, wavy/curly/frizzy hair and use heat from my blow dryer and straightener every other day. I’ve been searching for an effective heat protectant that doesn’t smell bad, or leave residue in my hair. I’ve gone through a lot of hair protectant products that were aimed for the type of hair I had, but they either left my hair dry and damaged, made my hair greasy or left a residue in my hair that made it look like I had dandruff in my hair. This is one of the only hair protectants that works for my hair type and makes my hair look healthier after using it. I set my straightener to 400F and it protects my hair very well and leaves it silky smooth and shiny afterwards. It doesn’t have a weird strong chemical smell and I like how the bottle sprays an even mist of the product into my hair.

It has a nice scented fragrance and formulated without parabens and dyes (which I LOVE). The top of the spray bottle has a switch which helps while traveling, keeping it contained from spraying out. The best addition to my daily hair routine. 10/10 recommend!

This one is pretty good in my opinion. It doesn’t leave my hair feeling sticky or tacky at all and I really like the formula. I like that it protects up to 450°F which I feel like is average among heat protectants. The only thing I don’t love is the sprayer. It’s a semi continuous mist so it’s kind of hard to control where it goes and I sometimes end up with too much product in one spot. Other than that it does the job really well and my hair comes out feeling soft.
