This heat spray from OGX has been a lifesaver! Even though it's so lightweight, it is extremely effective. My hair is more manageable when I'm brushing and styling it, and i have less breakage overall. Since my hair is very thick, i need to set my straightener to 425° and this spray covers temperatures up to 450°F, making it a perfect match for my hair.

It provides heat protection, abs leaves. Y hair soft with a shine. The downside is using this product on dry hair. It mists out so fast that it leaves my hair damp and I can’t use my flat ears immediately after or it’ll burn my hair out, so I’ll continue use this product after a fresh wash with wet hair. Proceed with caution on dry hair.

The OGX Bond Repair protect spray comes with the added benefit of serving as a bond repair as well. The consistency felt a little weird when I applied it, but once my hair was dry, it felt as natural as ever. I’ve only tried it with a blow dryer and can tell consistent use has not impacted my hair’s health. It also helped control frizz: my hair didn’t sponge out on the day I applied the protector or on the following day.
